This apartment was really so great, and I can say for sure that this was the best vacation of my life as the host was so friendly,so polite and the apartment was spectacular. It was very clean, modern furnished, and very big too. It was so luxurious with a great swimming pool which was very clean and you could get tanned there so quickly and so easily. It’s just 1 minute walking from the sea. The area is also so safe and quiet so if you wanna escape from the hustle and bustle of the daily routine, then this is the perfect place to go( it’s like a paradise being here)near the apartment there were restaurants with traditional cousine and very delicious food . Waiting impatiently to come back here.A great restaurant nearby there is Nikos restaurant, the food was so delicious if you like the sea food ! Highly recommended to everyone!

We had pleasant time and this villa is something special! Highly recommended.

Communication, check in and check out were a breeze. We struggled with hot water and the owners father was there within 15 minutes to get us back up and running again. Spotless cleanliness. The kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas were all clean. We had a question, it was answered in minutes. Easy to find, quiet, spacious, and a great view. You'll need a car to get here and out and around. The village has the basics of what you would need, but be prepared to be looked at a bit askance. Otherwise be prepared for a small journey to town. We were fine with it as a trade for few people and lots of quiet. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is literally the best variant of live in Greece! The house was gorgeous - had all the amenities, very comfortable inside, some days we didn't even want to leave & just stay there :) It's very quiet so nothing disrupts the vacation, there's a beautiful nature reserve nearby, and there are so many tavernas and beaches within a 10 minute drive. Back to the accommodation - really, we don't even have enough words to describe how excited we are. The one thought that can describe how pleased we are with everything is “gosh, if we ever build our own house, we want to build one just like this”. And again, Katia is the most wonderful host! Thank you so much for the guide, for recommending different places and taverns for us to visit, and for her responsiveness and help throughout our stay! I advise all future residents to listen to what she says - all the places Katie knows are tried & tested and are really good :) This was our most comfortable and best vacation ever. It was a short visit due to work, but enough to form the best impressions of the house, its equipment, the layout and definitely the big beautiful , well cared for and all around a protected garden. So our dog was very happy to take her walks and explore. Very close on foot the shops and taverns of Agioi Apostoloi and the amorphous beach. It is certain that the first opportunity we will revisit this wonderful place with its friendly and kind hosts.

Claudia was kind, friendly and very helpful! Always responsive and sent over someone to help if we ever got stuck with something. The place is beautiful, clean and very peaceful. We loved the artwork selection and there’s so many places to break out and hang out in smaller groups. There’s like 4 huge balconies, 2 lounges, the beautiful back yard with the huge, very deep pool, second outdoor kitchen and dining area. We loved it. The surrounding area is beautiful and the nearby coastal towns are very sweet with lovely (pebbled) beaches.

We enjoyed very much our stay! Leontis is very helpful and responsive. The house was clean and it is located very close to the beach. The house looked exactly like in the photos. We felt like home! Thank you, Leontis! Hope to stay at your place again soon!

This is a slice of paradise. A well designed, well equipped and roomy villa with a garden with beautiful patios and many comfortable places to sit or lie, and best of all the sea on your doorstep. The pool is nice but was too cold to use much in late April but we were in the sea a lot, and the paddleboards were fun. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance and food shops in Politika village nearby. The local contact, Apollo, was constantly available and charming, for example coming to fix the Starlink wifi very quickly.

We spent about 3 weeks in the beautiful apartment. We felt very comfortable, it was very clean and new. It was the perfect starting point for us to explore the area. Starting the day with a coffee on the sun terrace with a view of the mountains and the sea describes the feel-good atmosphere in the apartment well. Our host Christos gave us extensive tips for restaurants and excursions and the interaction was very polite, almost familial. Shopping facilities and everything you need for daily life could be reached on foot. In summary, it was simply a great place to spend your vacation.

Michalis' house is EXCELLENT! Sparkling clean, spacious, and with everything you can imagine inside. From soft drinks and sweets that were waiting for us in the fridge to knitwear and painkillers, this house had EVERYTHING! We were not as satisfied in the most luxurious Airbnb in Europe as in this house in Chalkida that clearly shows love, passion, attention to detail and respect for the guest! 2 rooms 2 bathrooms wonderful living room balcony and kitchen pet friendly with the owner friendly and discreet! Well done! 5 stars is not enough!
