We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

O χώρος μας (kythnos view) βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Μέριχα της Κύθνου . Απέχει μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κεντρικό λιμάνι και η άφιξη στο σπίτι μας γίνεται ανεβαίνοντας 100 σκαλιά αλλά σας επιβραβεύει η υπεροχή θέα μας βλέποντας όλο το λιμάνι και το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο και ταυτόχρονα διαθέτει την απόλυτη ησυχία για να έχετε ευχάριστες διακοπές και ξεκούραση.

studio 25 τ.μ. με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα, βρίσκεται 5 μ. από την παραλία του Καλό Λιβαδιού, ικανό να φιλοξενήσει έως 3 άτομα. Ενιαίος χώρος με 1 διπλό και 1 μονό κρεβάτι, μπάνιο με ντουζ, μικρή κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Μπροστά από το studio υπάρχει ένας επίπεδος προαύλιος χώρος 500μ. με φυτά και δέντρα που προσφέρει στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης.
