The accommodation is located in the heart of Madrid within the M30 belt, in Chamartin and a few minutes from the station, with easy and quick direct access to the airport and connections to Puerta del Sol in just 20 minutes. Educational institutions: ESADE on Calle Mateo Inurria, a 10-minute walk from the accommodation; Universidad Autónoma, two train stops away; and other educational institutions.

Separate room, for one person, in a duplex apartment, very well lit, near the large Madrid Río park, with good metro and bus service a few meters away. The atmosphere you will find will be totally friendly and familiar. Breakfast is included, consisting of coffee or tea and toast. Cooking is NOT allowed. You can heat up whatever you need. Visitors and parties are not allowed. Room and bathroom are rented, the rest of the house is for private use.
