Ma maison est belle, vieille, familiale, fonctionnelle. Je l'entretiens avec mon âme d'artiste, son prix correspond à sa vétusté, je l'aime ainsi, c'est un mode de vie. Si vous aimez le neuf abstenez-vous ! 4 chambres (8 lits), 2 salles-de-bain avec W.C. + 1 W.C. , grand salon. Ensoleillement, température de l'eau : magnifiques. Montagnes, palmeraie, mer, village de pêche, navette maritime, plongée, voile, surf, vélo, randonnée, culture ibérique cartaginoise, calme, délicieux en toutes saisons.

La comida en esta zona es estupenda, con bares en la playa en verano. Durante todo el año, en el pueblo hay un supermercado y varios restaurantes. La milenaria ciudad de Cartagena se encuentra a 25 min en coche.

Ático en primera línea del mar con terraza enorme para quiénes buscan oler y ver el mar en su día a día. Aquí se vive la naturaleza rodeada de azul con paz y tranquilidad. Posibilidades de disfrutar del buceo, excursiones en kayak, rutas por la montaña, visitas a la Torre de Santa Elena e incluso avistamiento de cetáceos en barco!
