Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Barceloneta, Ciutat Vella

I want to express that Ana Maria was the best host I could ever have hoped for. Caring, informative, and very familiar. The apartment is conveniently located around anything you need, including major malls, restaurants, supermarkets, and steps away from the metro. The apartment was spotless and extremely comfortable for the three of us. Without a doubt, I will come back.

Wij konden wegens problemen met het contact met de host niet binnenkomen in onze oorspronkelijke AirBNB, waardoor we op zeer korte termijn contact zochten met Oliver voor deze locatie. Hij reageerde enorm vriendelijk, meegaand, en snel. Alle communicatie verliep voorspoedig, en ook het verzoek om onze koffers wat langer te laten staan was gelukkig geen probleem. Wij waren ontzettend tevreden en raden Oliver aan iedere reiziger aan!

We had a great time at Xavi & Luna’s place, the apartment is fantastic with lots of space and an amazing terrace on the rooftop! It is walking distance frim the beach and city center. Public transportation is just down the street and takes you everywhere. Wr had a personalized check-in with lits of recommendations for restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. We were in Barcelona during the big electricity outage and when we got home, Xavi was waiting in front of the building to make sure we were ok and we could get into the apartment 🙏🏻. We will definitively book this place again during our next visit to Barcelona!

Family of 3 stayed here for about 5 days it was easy to access once they show you how to get in and out. Very clean and friendly. Walkable to a lot of places like L’Arc de Triomf, Parc de la Ciutadella and Las Ramblas and so much more. One thing I will say is that sometimes at night it can be nosey since there is a restaurant down stairs but other than it was a good place and great location with lots to do. Very family friendly. Would stay again.

This was a great place to stay with my family while I attended a conference- clean, functional, and located near the beach, parks, and shops/restaurants in an area that was not too crowded. The host company was communicative and flexible, and we especially appreciated the ability to store our luggage after check out.

The apartment is a gem in the middle of Barcelona! It is a lovely one bedroom apartment that included everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. It is close to public transportation if you want to ride the metro and extremely walkable to restaurants, local boulevards for a stroll, and many of the famous sites that you will want to see such as Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, or the gothic area of the city. Raul was extremely helpful with recommendations for sites, restaurants, and local walking areas. He also gave suggestions for the Costa Brava outside the city. He was extremely attentive during check-in and made sure that we were well on our way to an interesting and fun vacation and addressed any questions that we had. Lovely area, lovely city, lovely people, delicious food...if you are going to Barcelona, rest assured that this apartment is wonderful and Raul will guide you every step of the way to ensure that you have a wonderful vacation!

¡Todo tal como lo prometido y mejor! Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue excelente de principio a fin. Todo coincidía exactamente con la descripción del anuncio: limpio, bien equipado, cómodo y en una ubicación perfecta. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida, clara y amable en todo momento. El apartamento estaba impecable a nuestra llegada, con todos los detalles cuidados: desde la ropa de cama hasta los utensilios de cocina. Además, se notaba que piensan en la comodidad del huésped. Lo mejor es que no hubo sorpresas desagradables, todo fue tal como lo esperábamos (¡o incluso mejor!), lo cual se agradece mucho cuando uno viaja. Fue una experiencia tan buena que sin duda volveríamos a reservar este lugar en el futuro. ¡100% recomendable!

We stayed at Victor & Paula's home recently whilst visiting Barcelona for our daughter's wedding. We could not have been more delighted with this amazing house. It is beautifully furnished, spacious, spotlessly clean in all areas and very comfortable. It is superbly equipped with everything a family could need for a wonderful stay. In addition to the fantastic kitchen, there is even a laundry room and a gym/play room in the basement. We absolutely loved the swimming pool, garden and terrace which was lovely for eating outside. The house is in a quiet, residential area, but the nearest underground station is only about a 7 minute walk, allowing easy access to all of Barcelona's attractions. The buses also run frequently from the end of the road. There is an excellent supermarket within a couple of minutes walk with everything you could need as well as some cafes within walking distance. Victor, Paula and Carla were kind and helpful hosts and were always quick to reply. Amazing

Juliana was a great host and the house matched the description very well. It was perfect for 8 friends of 40 years celebrating a 60th birthday and was a great location for local beach bars and restaurants (short walk), Barcelona (bus or train) and Sitges (train). The facilities were great. It took a while to understand the instructions for the oven to heat pizzas up and perhaps a toaster would've been useful but neither of these things affected our high opinion of the house overall. An extremely clean and tidy inside and outside area. I would definitely recommend.

Silvia is such a lovely person, the communication was perfect before, during, and after our stay. She has prepared our arrival with great care, and has been as flexible as she could to meet our agenda (thank you again for the special gift for my father's birthday!!). The house is well located, only a few meters from the train station linked with Barcelona (30 min trip from this station to Barcelona, only costing a few €). The beach is right behind, it was very much enjoyable during those hot days. The house is nicely equipped with everything you need for a short or a long stay. There are many parking options nearby for the vehicles as well. Some nice restaurants and bars are accessible in the town. In summary, we had a wonderful time in Vilassar thanks to Silvia and her nice house.

We verbleven hier 2 weken en hebben het ontzettend naar ons zin gehad. Het huisje bevindt zich in een rustige wijk en gezellig dorp, waar je verschillende winkels kunt vinden en ook een markt. Op kleine afstand zitten verschillende steden zoals Mataró en Barcelona die we hebben bezocht. Bij aankomst stond er een grote fruitschaal voor ons klaar en ook de (koel)kast was gevuld! Het huisje is precies groot genoeg voor 2 personen. We hebben veel gebruikgemaakt van de gedeelde buitenruimte met zwembad, deze werden niet door Toni en Olga gebruikt tijdens ons verblijf. Rond de avond zijn er wel muggen, daar hebben ze ook veel spullen voor in huis gehaald zoals kaarsen. Verstandig om ook zelf anti-muggen spray mee te nemen als je in de avond buiten wilt zitten. Toni en Olga zijn erg gastvrij, ze reageerden snel op vragen of verzoeken.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war einfach wundervoll, alles war sauber und wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, alles war super!

Evin konumu çok güzeldi sahile çok yakındı bu yüzden sabahları yüzmeyr gidebiliyorduk. Evin içi çok şık ge konforluydu. Barcelonada güzel vakit geçirdik üstüne bu evde konaklamak daha iyi oldu.

We loved the apartment! Very clean, nice furnishings. It is in a really great neighborhood full of restaurants and stores all easily with in a 10-15 minute walks. Many were only 5 minutes away. The view from the balcony was awesome! We could not have picked a better location and would absolutely stay there again. The property manager and his assistant were excellent. They provided great local recommendations and quickly responded to every message. This is the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in.

Alejandro is a superb host. Great communicator and the place was as advertised, The video that explains how to get into the residence was wonderfully helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything.

I had a lovely stay at Eduard’s place. Firstly, the apartment has an amazing terrace with views of the sunset and Sagrada Familia. I did some remote work there and it was really comfortable with fresh air coming in from the balcony doors, and convenient with an ample sized table, and high speed wifi. Eduard met me for check in and provided some good local recommendations. I highly recommend this spot and would look to stay here again in the future.

Perfect way to end our 2 week European Tour. Beautiful beach view. Private and quiet. Lots of amenities; well stocked with beach necessities (sun umbrella, chairs, blankets, extra flip flops, toys/football, etc). Great way to get out of Barcelona but still have access to the city and airport. All six of us were very pleased with the two night stay before hopping back onto a plane ✈️ to fly home.

Absolutely the BEST Airbnb experience I've had! Anna and her family are the kindest hosts and made me feel so welcome. The property is gorgeous and so relaxing. Would definitely recommend staying with Anna at this beautiful home. I will absolutely come again next time I'm in Spain. 🤍
