El apartamento consta de 3 balcones más y cuenta con caja de seguridad, cámaras de vigilancia, puertas de seguridad, detector de intrusos y detectores de humo conectados con la oficina central las 24 horas del día. Imagínate nadando, haciendo un curso de paddle surf, jugando con tus hijos en la arena, haciendo running a orillas del mediterráneo o sencillamente disfrutando de la variada oferta gastronómica del barrio. You wake up to birds, rather than the noise of motos. Stylishly decorated, you can enjoy two private terraces, one with morning sun and the other with sunset views, with BRAND NEW TERRACE FURNITURE. The loft has been restored with attention and care, exposed wood beams and red brick walls feature prominently. Bathroom is a de-constructed concept with a huge shower space, open wash basin and water closet. It is complete with towels, shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryer. Bed is 150 x 190 and situated in the main chamber. Full kitchen is available, with enough seating to choose where you want to eat. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, including fridge freezer, oven, vitro-ceramic stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. THE APT. INCLUDES: Hot/cold AC, Samsung Smart TV with USB ports/HDMI cable, WIFI internet, ironing equipment, AEG washing machine dryer combo. Lovely barcelona views, fully equipped, tv, dvd, pc, internet , air conditioning, elevator, 60 square meters, separate kitchen with electric oven and microwave, washing machine. Also has living room and two bedrooms. With balcony over port vell very bright. A room with two beds and one room with bunk beds. La Barceloneta is an old neighborhood with many restaurants and oescadores beach, is the fashionable area of Barcelona. - - - precioso apartamento en Barceloneta en el centro de barcelona al lado de la playa frente a Port Vell en una zona muy centrica cerca de ramblas barrio gotico y el borne. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm.
