Very good stay in La Flotte at Nicolas's, house very well located near shops, the market, the port and the beach. The house is not large but very well equipped for 4, we enjoyed having a bathroom for each bedroom and the large living room is also very pleasant. The garage is also very practical and the courtyard is ideal for storing bicycles and for an outdoor meal. The beds are made on arrival and the table is set, it's rare and appreciated! Thank you to Nicolas for his kind intentions and for his responsiveness, very good communication too. Go there with your eyes closed. 🤗

An excellent weekend spent in this beautiful accommodation. Matches the photos and descriptions, even beyond expectations, it seemed bigger than in the photos, very positive. Clean place where we felt at home: cozy, cocooning and warm. A beautiful exterior for breakfast and other meals outside. A big thank you to Audrey for her exchanges and availability. I had a pleasant stay in their studio with all the necessary comforts and very clean. Very nice terrace where, upstream, they had found a system to secure the space for my cat who accompanied me during this stay. Line and her family are very friendly, warmly welcome and the friendly exchanges throughout the stay were very appreciable. Many things are nearby, whether shops, restaurants, bike paths, the beach, the market... So many places to discover that I will come back to the island and especially without hesitation to Line and her family.

Very clean and well-equipped accommodation as defined in the listing. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. We had a lovely stay. Bruno was very responsive to our requests. We had already come for the first time a few years ago and everything had already gone very well. We will come back without hesitation.

Amazing accommodation, I came to spend a weekend with family (7 people) and it was perfect! We didn't step on each other's toes because the accommodation is very large. The pool was super well maintained, the neighborhood was quiet and discreet. I recommend it 100%, I would come back. A big thank you to Anthony for this beautiful accommodation and his kindness. An amazing apartment, pool area and extremely well stocked kitchen. It was an outstanding place to stay and base to travel around the island. The outside area is peaceful and a sun trap. Excellent shelter for the outside eating area and well set up for relaxing, we wished we stayed longer than three nights.

We had a great time with the family for 4 days. The place is well maintained, clean, functional, in short nothing to complain about the accommodation. Check-in and check-out are very well organized thanks to Jacqueline and Laurent. There are a lot of tips. Another important point, the location is great with a fish market and many restaurants. Everything is done on foot and the bike paths are close. Thank you.

We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful house on the island of Oléron. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: the house is perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The environment is quiet, green and ideal to unwind. The location is perfect for exploring the island easily. A huge thank you to our host, who was welcoming, available and attentive throughout the stay. We'll be happy to go back!

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

A few little glitches which were resolved in amusing fashion involving my french, Fiona's English, Google translate and cameraphone.Importantly the house was very comfy and well appointed and close to wonderful beaches.On our last night we experienced the most wonderful burnt orange, white and blue sunset. Plenty to explore on the island and if you like fish and shellfish you won't be disappointed! Thanks to Fiona and her parents, who checked us out, for a very memorable 2 weeks. We had a pleasant stay. We were able to enjoy the beautiful weather and take a bike ride (a shame that the rental shops in La Bree les bains are closed in low season but we were able to rent them not far away in St Denis d 'Oléron). All within walking distance. Recommended.

Wonderful stay with my partner! The accommodation is as expected, very clean and in a good location. The sea view is simply splendid. Majid is very responsive and attentive, at the best! We would highly recommend it.
