L'intérieur a été entièrement réalisé en mélèze et offre tout le confort moderne pour une ambiance cocooning garantie. Venez vous ressourcer au pied de la station de ski familiale de Laye et tout près du golf Gap Bayard . Nous vous proposons un gîte indépendant de près de 90m2 de plein pied grand confort avec un jacuzzi et une vue magnifique sur la vallée du Champsaur. Le gîte comprend 2 chambres de 15m², un grand séjour cuisine tout équipé et une veranda. Vous profiterez également d'un extérieur agréable et plein sud avec une terrasse ombragée, un espace vert, des jeux pour enfants et des places de parking.

Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.
