Le gîte comprend 2 chambres de 15m², un grand séjour cuisine tout équipé et une veranda. Vous profiterez également d'un extérieur agréable et plein sud avec une terrasse ombragée, un espace vert, des jeux pour enfants et des places de parking.

The garden is perfect for outdoor activities or a barbecue. The accommodation is ideally located: close to the village and its shops but also a large number of leisure activities (hiking, skiing, cycling, water sports, paragliding...). The Dévoluy ski areas are only 20 minutes by car.

Located just next to the Viste and perched in the historic village of Rousset. This studio for 2 to 4 people offers the calm of the countryside, has a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains bordering the Serre-Ponçon lake. The nearest ski station are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Don’t forget your crampons to hike on the trails (150 meters from the house)
