Located in a very typical and charming valley overlooked by Notre Dame de la Garde at 15 minutes walk from the Vieux Port and the beach. We enjoyed renovating the house and gardening to make it a cosy place both indoors and outdoors. Shops and public transportation around the corner, Saint Victor restaurants and bars very closeby, you will enjoy visiting the town walking and living outdoors in a very quiet sunny place. Typical of the old Marseille hilly area, access to the house by stairs.

Independent townhouse on one of the squares of the old town. The entrance is through the ground floor with a large room (old shop). On the 1st floor, two bedrooms and bathroom toilet. One bedroom with a double bed facing the street. One bedroom with two single beds on the back of the house, window on the staircase. On the 2nd floor, very bright main living room and kitchen. On the 3rd floor, a bedroom for two overlooking the rooftops. The house has fiber optic internet!
