Apartment holiday rentals in La Condesa

As it was our first time in CDMX, we wanted to stay someplace where we could easily get around to explore and Adrian's place in La Condesa near Parque Mexico was perfect. Adrian came to meet me in person to show me how to get into the building and gave me a tour of the apartment, which was comfortable and decorated very well, looking just like the pictures in person. He also offered some recommendations in the area that we did not already have on our list, such as Botanico. Check-out was also breeze. Zero stress or issues. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Loved, loved this stay! This home really personified the heart of Mexico City (vibrant and dimensional). Really recommend it, stayed her with my girlfriends and we will forever recommend this stay. It was also a great location for our outings, and very walkable to explore Condesa.

Scarlet’s apartment made it hard to return to “normal life.” A dreamy blend of garden, treehouse, and modern glass box, this space was the perfect home base for our CDMX vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe and welcomed. The building has fantastic 24/7 security — always warm, smiling, and ready to help. You enter through a stunning, Asian-inspired courtyard framed by towering brutalist facades, and take a private elevator straight to the apartment. Tucked on a quiet street in Condesa, the apartment is just a short walk to Parque Espana and countless excellent shops, cafés, and restaurants — or a quick, affordable Uber to the busier boutique strips. Inside, the space is spotless, well air-conditioned, and incredibly comfortable. Stay with Scarlet. You won’t regret it.

Such a wonderful stay and way too short. The hosts were so great, such proactive and helpful communication, I didn't want for anything. They provided such good food suggestions and also a trusted clothing tailor and the address to go see Lucha Libre when I asked. The front desk guards are also so nice and great. In the apartment everything was super clean and comfy cozy. Would stay again for longer. The home is also in a great area between two park, lots of trees and birds. Also, lots of great food options. And thank goodness there's an elevator and it's not a walk up. They let me leave my luggage after checkout to go on a tour. Everything was so smooth. Thanks for an amazing stay!!

Excellent place to stay in condesa. Great location, beautiful place. The only consideration is that building doesn’t have lifts, which is quite common in the are. Otherwise, highly recommended :)

Our stay at Begoña’s house was everything we hoped it would be based on the photos and the descriptions. It was so comfortable and clean and we felt very safe. Additionally, she recommended a driver for us named Antonio who helped with airport pick ups and drop offs, and he was incredibly kind. We would highly recommend this to small families or couples looking for a fun adventure in CDMX!

Beautiful neighborhood. very walkable. surrounded by cafes and restaurants. the apartment was perfect, very cozy, good energy. Would absolutely stay here again.

Yleana's apartment is perfectly situated for visitors to CDMX's popular neighborhoods; equidistant to both the Roma Norte and Condesa neighborhoods. Yet, it still feels like a countryside retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city with its gorgeous, verdant patio. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and the separate kitchen is great for those hosting and looking to dine with friends outdoors. Yleana as a host was accomadating to every request and question I had. Thank you!

The stay met all our expectations—the place was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. The only hiccup was finding the property, as the listed address initially led us to a nearby dental office. Once we figured it out, everything went great! Very cozy and modern. I especially liked the big window view.

Looks like the pictures. Classy brand new building in a nice central location to explore the city. Bonus was the fridge full of bottled water and Nespresso coffee machine with full supply of pods. Nice TV set up in both living room and bedroom with super comfy couch. Building staff very friendly and helpful.

Gabriela’s place was a wonderful, spacious, airy, light and plant-filled space that we truly enjoyed. The location is superb, a block from the park, supermarket across the street, endless shops and places to eat. It was nice hearing the birds and watching some squirrels visit the balcony. The cons: You can hear a bit of the street noise which quiets down at night. The tub to get into the shower is a bit high and it would help to have a rubber mat. Other than that, the space was great and neighborhood was safe and welcoming.

Definitely recommend! Great location. Felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Walkable area along with close to a lot of great restaurants. Hugo was attentive and helpful during our entire stay.

Gustavo's place looks just like the photos! Great space, even better location. This was my first time in CDMX and it was easy to walk from his apartment to many places. I mean heck it is around the corner from Casa Gilardi. Infinite hot water! Can get noisy at night if people are having guests over. Just be warned the bed is very firm and not to my liking. There is also no AC (common in Mexico but I did not know), but apartment is cool at night if you open the windows. Everything else was great. Gustavo was very responsive. Would likely stay again just for the location.

Blue Rock Condesa is truly one of a kind and embodies the essence of CDMX. Floor-to-ceiling windows make it feel as if the apartment is built into the lush green vegetation of the neighborhood. Perfect location, phenomenal hosts, and great value. Can’t wait to stay again the next time we are in Mexico City!

Wow, I feel lucky my partner and I found Clau’s place! Excellent, new building in a beautiful neighborhood. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed apartment. Clau has thought of virtually everything you might need during your stay. The building & location felt very safe. We were out most of the days, but it was quiet in the evenings and we slept soundly. A couple of things to note: 1) we didn’t realize we would not have a gate code to access the building; however, the doormen were exceptionally nice and always promptly let us in—day or night; 2) the bed is quite firm, but this was not an issue for us. We consistently had hot water and comfortable showers. Clau provided nice soaps, bedding, and linens. Clau was very positive and proactive in communications. Everything was as described, and the whole trip honestly could not have been easier. Wholeheartedly recommend and would stay with Clau again any time 🩷 !Gracias! P.S. There’s a great deli across the street!

Carlos was an amazing host! His place was in a great location and check-in and out was so easy. Everything was super clean, tidy, and the amenities were as listed. Great view of the city with the rooftop views! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to explore Mexico City!

Great place with pool,sauna and small gym. Small downside for soundproofing but otherwise great apartment and highly responsive host.

Location, location, location!!! I specifically chose to stay in Coyoacán because I was in town for Frida Kahlo. I wanted to be as close as possible to her Blue House Museum, her park, the huge market, plenty of vegan restaurants and bakeries (since I was also celebrating my birthday) as well as several of the other museums all within 10 minutes walking in any direction. I was very happy with how residential and quiet the neighborhood is. If you go during the rainy season (there was light rain and wonderful thunder each evening typically between 5p-7p) expect the electricity to go out. I really enjoyed the decor in the apartment because it made me happy to see all of the colors as well as traditional Mexican art, a beautiful Alebrijes peacock as well as the framed photographs on the walls. Made it very authentic. Everything one could possibly need was available. Loved enjoying my tea every morning on the balcony with such gorgeous bougainvillea flowers. You won’t be disappointed!

The host was very kind and responsive! The apartment is awesome with an incredible view. Clean and Comfortable! Extremely safe neighborhood. The location is great with many great little shops and restaurants around! Hope to stay here again
