The Old Barn Gites - The Laurel

We have a modern 2 bedroom Gite, fully equipped and self contained. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom is a twin (two single beds). The kitchen diner comes with all the kitchen equipment included and a working wood burning stove. Situated in its own grounds, with a large in ground swimming pool. Located between Bellac & Le Dorat and only 40 minutes from Limoges airport. A perfect getaway retreat! We also have a one bedroom apartment upstairs sleeping an additional 2 people.

A charming converted stable offering the tranquillity of a semi-rural location yet just a few minutes' walk to the amenities of historical Le Dorat. Set in 3 acres of grounds this self-contained property benefits from well-appointed accommodation with beautiful views from all windows towards the garden, private outside dining area & 10x5m in-ground pool (May-Sep). The lovely gardens are home to numerous fruit & nut trees, and shared by the owners resident donkeys, chickens and 5 rescue cats.

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

Gîte labeled Gîte de France 3 épis (ref: No. 87G1341) in a hamlet in the countryside: 165 m² Its large garden opens onto the countryside with our Limousin cows. In the trees, you will have the surprise of seeing and hearing the peacock! A stay in the heart of nature! The gite must be left clean. Options: Sheets: kit 10 E/bed, to be paid on arrival. Electric car: 5.50 €/full Language: French Festive evenings that are too noisy, not respecting the place, are not accepted.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay at our, Modern 3 Bedroom ( 2 Air conditoned 1 mezanine) gite that sleeps 6 with large living space and fully equiped kitchen. The property is situated in an extensive garden with covered and open air seating areas next to a swimming pool and wood fired hot tub thats use is exclusivly for gite guests. No disabled access, not suitable for small children. (Access to property through a flight of stairs).

Walks are possible nearby. Possibility to eat outside on the terrace, barbecue available. Our house is attached to the one we rent, however everyone's privacy is preserved.
