Our large property is steeped in tradition initially housing staff for the Chateau and formally then a hotel. Our property is in a peaceful location with countryside garden views, yet just a few minutes' walk to two restaurants/ bars & five minutes’ walk to the amenities of historical Le Dorat main square with its bars, restaurants, shops and train station giving access to Poitiers, Limoges & Paris. The pretty courtyard & large garden are home to fruit trees. With sun/ shade spots & wildlife.

Located between Le Dorat & Bellac, with all local amenities. Only 40 minutes from Limoges airport. The property is set in its own grounds, with no immediate neighbours, with a large in ground swimming pool.
