Its independence, its location on front of the Provence's giant ( Mount Ventoux ) , all combine to make your stay here very pleasant . Even small , nothing lacks : TV, air conditioning, private bathroom ... You will have access to the garden and pool, and the large veranda and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven , washing machine, dishwasher ...) As you wish , we can be or present, or discret in order to help you enjoy our little corner of paradise ( family atmosphere ) . Our house is located in a very quiet area , with the chance to be at a 10-minutes walk from the city center and our famous Roman bridge and vestiges . The nearest train station is in Avignon (45 km , 45 min) , you access from the highway exits Orange-Sud or Bollène . You can park easily in front of the house . As a car is essential to visit our beautiful region.

Elle a été récemment rénovée en matériaux écologiques, au point d'accueillir un bassin d'intérieur d'eau non traitée, chauffée au soleil et au feu de bois. La vue est lointaine, magique. Formally a fortified castle “Fort de La Bastide “ was constructed on the site of a Roman military station. The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .

Guests can relax by the pyramid fireplace (lit from October to the end of April) as well as in the suite's private spa (jacuzzi). Breakfast will be offered with a sweet or savory option according to your preferences.
