Ce cocon de 20 m² niché en pleine nature est idéal pour un couple en quête de calme et de déconnexion. Vous profiterez d'un spa privatif en extérieur avec vue panoramique sur les montagnes et d'un intérieur confortable mêlant bois et simplicité. Le gîte Autane du "Le balcon du Champsaur" de 75 m² fait partie de notre ancienne ferme située dans le hameau les Richards surplombant le village animé de Pont du Fossé avec ses commerces et services . Sa situation dominante lui permet une vue unique sur la vallée du Champsaur, le départ de randonnées aux portes du Parc des Ecrins, l'envol en parapente et un site d'escalade à proximité. En hiver, c'est aussi un spot apprécié par les adeptes de ski de randonnées ou de balades en raquettes.

For this, Nath & Lionel present Au Studi'Ô, a charming ground floor studio, south facing with an area of 23 m2 located 3 km from the village of Saint-Bonnet, its shops and local producers.

This single-story, recent and unique cottage was built with noble materials: brushed larch, limewash, iron and wood. Idéalement situé pour départs en randonnées ou stations de ski, baignade, marchés de producteurs, Golf Gap-Bayard à 10min, vélo, etc. (Gap : 20min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur : 7min) Attention, nous ne fournissons pas les draps de lit et serviettes de bain.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.
