L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. Faites une pause et détendez-vous dans cette oasis paisible situé dans un ecrin de verdure à 600m de la plage de Peno ,du port et du centre village de Carqueiranne;le studio de 23m2 se situe au 2 eme et dernier étage d un bâtiment à taille humaine pour 2 personnes maximum(canapé convertible 140x200 avec matelas dunlopillo).cuisine équipée avec frigo, four micro- onde ,cafetière dolcegusto, plaque induction .La salle de bain est équipé d une douche ,sèche serviette et lave linge séchant.

Its location will allow you to discover on foot, the old Hyères and these must-see sites, remarkable gardens, Villa Noailles, castle… and on the sea side the beaches and the Golden Islands Close to all amenities, restaurants, shops, tourist office and parking

Surrounded by Provençal hills, this 75 m² cottage is dressed in stone and has a generous terrace on the perimeter opening onto an unobstructed landscape overlooking the village. A private pool, with a waterfall cascading from a "restanque" allows you to cool off. Compliant with disability regulations, this cottage and its surroundings are fully accessible.
