Very bright new house, single-storey, 51 m2, in a quiet area, close to the very sheltered beach of Arnérault which adjoins the charming small marina of La Flotte. This house is attached to ours, but has a separate entrance on the street side, as well as on the courtyard side. The yard can accommodate several vehicles.
