You will discover as you venture into rue Mérindot, a flowery street with typical Rétais charm. Former restaurant "Le pot de Vinière" until 1955 the house became family since that date. Owners, eager to retain the outdated charm of this authentic home was completely renovated in 2021

Starred house in a beautiful quiet and secure residence. Ideal for 4 people, it can accommodate 6 people thanks to a comfortable bed in the living room. The residence has a large wooded park with a children's play structure, a pétanque court, a ping pong table, we provide rackets and balls. THE POOL MAY NOT BE ACCESSIBLE, RENOVATION WORK IN PROGRESS. A free place in a closed car park

The house is located facing the sea and facing south. Beach access is direct through the garden. Ideal for family vacations, it is very well equipped with a ping pong table, barbecue and even a piano! On the ground floor: 3 beautiful bedrooms including one with a private bathroom and a children's bedroom upstairs! Shops and the market are a few minutes' walk away.

Very nice T1 of 31m2, fully renovated in June 2021, on the ground floor of a quiet residence, 300m from the centre and 300m from the beach. All comforts with large-screen TV, Canal+, fully-equipped kitchen, 160cm sofa bed with 18cm mattress, private south-facing courtyard of 15m2 with dining area, sun loungers, plants, etc. Bikes (not new but serviced) provided.
