With a floor area of 160 m² and a 60 m² stone terrace, it provides a pleasant living space. The heated swimming pool is available from late March to late October, and its wooden terrace opens onto a terraced garden. You will be captivated by the tranquility and serenity of this location.

The apartment includes a large loft-style living room, with a living room equipped with a flat-screen TV, a double bed (160), a second living room also serving as a work room, with toilet and shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a patio.
