Located 20 minutes from Puy du Fou, it allows you to enjoy all the tourist attractions of the region, to discover the richness of its history, and the beauty of its landscapes. Before the renovation work, this house was an authentic stable that has retained all the charm of its history.

Dans notre maison située en plein cœur du bocage vendéen, venez profiter d’un grand espace extérieur non clôturé, parfait pour se détendre en famille ou entre amis, avec des jeux pour petits et grands. A 10 mn à pied, découvrez le Lac de la Vouraie, pour de jolies balades en pleine nature ou pour les amateurs de pêche. Vous aurez la possibilité de venir rencontrer les animaux de la maison . Accueil de chevaux possible . 35 mn :Puy du Fou 45 mn : Littoral vendéen . 35 mn du Marais poitevin.

Amoureux de la nature, venez découvrir ce charmant Cottage en bord de Sèvre. Le logement est situé dans un Moulin du XVIème siècle. Venez vous balader sur les chemins de randonnée à proximité, faire du paddle, vous relaxer dans l'espace détente ( spa en option) ou encore dîner dans un charmant petit jardin ouvert aménagé sur les berges, à quelques mètres du Cottage. ( petite restauration sur réservation, ateliers créatifs, activités sportives, massages en option ). Bienvenue !

Logement se trouvant dans un cadre paisible, idéalement situé à 5 min. en voiture du Puy du Fou et à proximité du bourg des Epesses. Capacité 6 pers. maximum grâce à ses deux chambres avec lit double et le canapé lit dans le séjour. Bel espace extérieur avec terrasse. Parking privé à côté du logement. Linge de lit et de toilette non fourni mais location possible à 10 euros par personne (1 paire de draps + 1 grande et petite serviette). Connexion wifi. Animaux non acceptés.

The property is located on a 1000 m2 enclosed plot, itself surrounded by a 7000 m2 wooded plot. Private parking for up to 3 cars. Outdoor pool 4 m by 8 m. Sheets, towels for rent not included.

Close to major highways (A83 and 2x2) and halfway between the Vendée beaches and Puy du Fou, its ideal location will allow you to access many activities quickly. The "Le Coteau de la Vouraie" gîte is an old farmhouse of 150 m², renovated with exposed stones and beams.
