This villa is a real rare gem, beautiful decoration, very clean, super well equipped. It was a pleasure to spend a stay here in a quiet neighborhood and by a nice pool with five friends! The contact Chloe with whom I spoke throughout the stay (and before) is very responsive and very pleasant. I am someone who is very perfectionist and who usually notices the small details but I have nothing to complain about. I am perfectly satisfied with this weekend in this house. I highly recommend the place if you're looking to unwind in peace and affordable luxury!We were in a car but there is a tram nearby that allows easy access to the Montpellier network.

Very good stay in this well-located, spacious and pleasant villa. The exteriors are particularly successful: clean swimming pool, very appreciable jacuzzi, comfortable outdoor furniture... Perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather in complete relaxation! The villa also offers a good level of equipment inside, with three comfortable bedrooms and a large dressing room. Some small cleanliness issues could be improved... Very responsive and available host for all our needs Nice place for a vacation with family or friends. We recommend it!!!!

Wow this place is a true Montpellier gem. You are about 20 mins walk to the action of the Comedie but in a much more peaceful part of town. The house has all the amenities you need, is very clean, plus a very cute little garden, with sunloungers and a little pool. There are several mini supermarkets only minutes away. Even better you are only 15 minutes drive from the airport. We would love to stay here again!

We stayed in this accommodation with friends during oral exams in Montpellier, halfway between revisions, relaxation and shared moments. The place was perfect for this special period: the pool is really nice, ideal for cooling off between two sessions, and the plancha was a real plus for our outdoor meals. The interior is very functional, well-equipped, especially the kitchen which is great. The air conditioning really relieved us from the heat of the moment. And above all, the owners were very nice and welcoming. Comfortable and convenient accommodation, in which we felt good from start to finish. Thank you for this trip!

We had a fantastic stay at Hervé's place! Hervé was an incredibly responsive host—our plans kept changing due to a flight cancellation, but he took all the stress out of the situation and was always quick to help us adjust. He made us feel very welcome from the start. The house is beautifully appointed, with top-notch amenities like a great pool, table tennis, and a basketball hoop—there was no chance of getting bored, yet it was also a wonderfully relaxing space. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram. We had a wonderful time—Merci for hosting us, Hervé! Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay in Sète thanks to Eric and Vu. Their place was spotless, beautifully styled, and in a great location. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great tips and making us feel right at home. Truly kind hosts who went above and beyond, highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay! Since we drove overnight with two children, we were there early in the morning. That was no problem for Silvere. We were warmly welcomed. There was even water, milk and breakfast etc. available! Silvere explained everything to us very nicely. He was always available and accommodating! We could not have asked for a better host! The house is very nice and lovingly furnished. Everything is available and we felt very comfortable.

Great property! We stayed here with our three dogs for a week. The house and backyard are great. The house is very clean and has a lot of modern touches like multiple air conditioning units, a refrigerator with an ice machine and water filter, large smart tv, and modern finishings. The place is very clean and well decorated. However the real star of the property is the backyard. It feels like an oasis in the city - the patio, yard, and pool are very well landscaped and a great place to relax. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard where we could hang out and enjoy the nice weather. The host was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to take our dogs. She also left us a dog bowl, toys, and bags which was very thoughtful (and some local beers for us, which was also very nice). The property is about a 15 minute walk to city center and the train station where you can find a lot of great restaurants and bars. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay with the family and we will not hesitate to rent the Airbnb again. The house is very spacious and well-equipped, the terrace is very pleasant and not overlooked. All decorated with taste. The location inside the ramparts is ideal. Audrey was extremely kind and dedicated to our well-being, (very flexible, quick response and local recommendation). I even received small welcome gifts on the occasion of Mother's Day. It was also very convenient to have parking included in the rental. I would highly recommend it!

We had a great family stay in this marina ideally located in Port Camargue. The accommodation is spacious, very comfortable and perfectly equipped, with a really appreciable level of luxury. Great place to stay in Montpellier. Very green and cooler rooms in hot summer. Green surroundings in urban Montpellier. Offered us cot without any cost which was appreciated. Great hosts!

Despite the weather, the stay was pleasant in Ludo's house. Functional, close to the promenade and restaurants (everything is on foot).

Great welcome with local wine bottle, small house 20m from the beach, clean, very comfortable master bedroom queen bed, very nice terrace.

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

Stay for 10 days in this amazing home! Very comfortable, beautiful and tastefully decorated and everything was present. Special compliment for the wonderful bed. Made extensive use of the beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The area is worth discovering. Montpelier is beautiful and close to Matelles is very nice and friendly. Also visit the caps along the Hérault. In short, a great stay and definitely recommended!

We would like to thank you very much for this wonderful holiday in your beautiful home. We immediately felt comfortable from the beginning and all questions we had were answered super quickly and super friendly. We also received a tomato delivery several times. Communication was also otherwise very warm and attentive. The house is great, the garden is amazing! We both felt that we spent a lot of time in the house. Thank you for everything!

Overall, it was a very relaxing stay in the beautiful, small, well-equipped cottage. Mathilde is a super host, always super nice and responds quickly. We were there with the bikes and were able to park them safely in the enclosed courtyard in front of the house. I would check in with Mathilde again at any time.

The cottage is beautiful and great location, lots of nature and very quiet. Great pool and beautiful jetty for bird watching!
