Centrally located within the charming old town , close to the shops, bars & restaurants, The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, along a pedestrian street. It feels light and spacious with plenty of natural sunlight from the windows on both sides of the building. An open plan layout bright sunny kitchen / lounge. A comfy sofa to relax & watch Internet Tv , Uk channels. Fully equipped kitchen for your produce from the local market, a nespresso coffee machine, water filter ( no need to buy bottled) . Master bedroom, king size bed (160cm wide) with en suite bathroom including a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom , a smaller room with a double bed (140cms wide) , the bathroom for this bedroom can be used as an en suite or closed off and used as a guest bathroom. Take a few things in a basket up to Roof terrace and enjoy breakfast in the sun , this is a shared roof with separate areas to provide some privacy, large sofas, dining table for four & Bbq.

Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

Disfruta de este apartamento con preciosas vistas a la bahía de la Herradura. Con dos dormitorios, dos baños completos y un bonito salón con cocina americana y vistas frontales al mar. Su orientación suroeste lo hace disponer de mucha luz durante todo el día y poder disfrutar de hermosas puestas de sol. A sólo 6minutos a pie de la playa y 3minutos del casco antiguo. Cerca de supermercados y restaurantes. Parking gratis en el mismo edificio, parking no es de fácil acceso (cuestas pronunciadas)

Se trata de un complejo ubicado frente a la Playa de Marina del Este. Magníficas vistas al mar, zona tranquila con acceso privado a la playa y a cinco minutos de la Herradura. Un tercer piso con ascensor, totalmente equipado, con unas maravillosas vistas desde la terraza, con piscina (abierta durante meses de verano), parking y cámaras de vigilancia que están situadas en las escaleras de acceso a cada bloque y en las zonas comunes de la urbanización. Ideal para el buceo y deportes náuticos.
