Beachfront holiday rentals in La Herradura

Very well located accommodation with magnificent views. We had a wonderful stay and will gladly come back on our next visit :)

The place was very clean and with a beautiful setting. It was well equipped. There was a problem with electricity going out but James/Jenny were right on top of the issue and responded immediately. The area is gorgeous. I would definitely stay again if back in Spain.

Veronica's apartment was in a great location, we were very lucky with free parking virtually right outside, for the entire stay. The apartment was entirely as described, super bright and airy with great balcony and full bifold doors to open up the great experience. Main old town was an easy 5-10min walk but plenty of restaurants and bars much closer. Choices of numerous beaches all within walking distance, folding beach chairs and sun parasol(s) were also left in the apartment to use. Many supermarkets all close by with larger ones like Mercadona and MAS within easy walk. Frigiliana is a must visit and buses were super easy €1.3 each way and bus stop 15min walk. We would without hesitation recommended Veronica's place, she was super helpful and responsive on any questions, everything was as described and all very easy. Many thanks again!

The apartment is spacious, very nice, well-appointed. Everything is clean and new. The view of the beach is beautiful. The neighborhood is lively even in November. The restaurants are good and there are plenty of sites to visit. Finally, the welcome from our host is warm. We felt right at home.

This apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday in a stunning location which is located within walking distance of bars, restaurants and attractions. The apartment had very comfortable furnishings with nice firm beds and was equipped with all the necessities for a wonderful stay. The location was first class being right on the beach with a really nice beach café right on your doorstep. The pool area was very nicely kept, we just had to buy our own sun loungers to enjoy it fully but that was fine as we also got good use for those on the beach. There are numerous bars and restaurants within minutes from the apartment and a couple of supermarkets under 5 minutes walk away. I would definitely recommend this apartment and Nerja for a perfect beach holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Alberto’s apartment! He was an amazing host – responsive, friendly, and very helpful. The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. It was very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We had a rental car and were able to easily visit Córdoba, Granada, Málaga and the charming coastal villages. It was the perfect base for exploring the region. Highly recommended!

I can’t believe I managed to find this place - what a find! It was completely central to everything we needed to get to without walking more than five minutes. It is situated right near the Balcón, which is beautiful, and there are countless restaurants and shops to choose from nearby. The apartment itself was lovely and the air con in room three could be felt from the bedroom too, so we could have a comfortable night’s sleep. We loved the terrace with the small pool to dip into, cool off and relax. There is a ramp to get into the small courtyard and a lift to get up to the apartments and terrace, so it’s accessible. Despite being in the centre of all things happening, it was extremely peaceful and we had a truly lovely stay.

The apartment is as in the photos with easy street parking (free except July/August). The views from the terrace are incredible and we will miss the bed/pillow because of how comfortable they were. The walls are a bit of paper, but you can rest very well at night. There is a dog beach nearby, a cove two steps away and the large one a 5-minute walk away. It was a last-minute reservation and they had it ready in a short time, in addition to letting us take the dog. If we return to the area, we will repeat for sure.

We had a lovely 4 1/2 weeks at Erik’s penthouse. The sea view was our favorite. The interior was lovely and classy. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay.

Pablo’s place was perfect. Great location, for exploring on foot and further away. Peaceful both during the day and at night, with a great pool area.

The house is beautiful, it’s tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped, and the views over Nerja and Torrox are stunning. You can sit up in bed and look out over the ocean in the morning, and watch the moonlight of an evening in complete peace. Lots of really helpful info and recommendations. The Casa Joya app was incredibly helpful and we used it to find everything we needed. Throughout our stay Lisa was friendly and attentive and we couldn't have asked for more. Brilliant host!! We did not hire a car and got about on the buses and by walking along the beach into Nerja. The beach is on your doorstep and it was calm with lots of Spanish people enjoying the sun. If you prefer the pool the communal area is spotlessly clean and peaceful, we loved it. I would return to Casa Joya and Nerja in a heartbeat. Wonderful setting with direct views over the sea with the sound of breaking waves. Very well equipped and really nicely laid out apto to a high standard. Would have liked Netflix etc but not a deal breaker. Jesus extremely helpful and responsive as host. Half hour walk from La Herradura Town, which we liked, but might not suit everyone. Private and suburban location. Well stocked small supermarket in the Marina, open 7 days. We would definitely go again.

We had a lovely stay in Ali's apartment. Check-in was very clear and easy. The apartment was clean, the air conditioner worked very well along with all other amenities. The location was great, and it was very quiet and secure. The apartment block itself was secure and I felt safe there with friendly neighbors. Ali was responsive and helpful upon request. I would recommend for others to stay.

the hosts have been a wonder, super attentive people, extreme cleanliness, they left us on the floor all kinds of amenities to enjoy our stay from start to finish, the apartment had signs and details that made it super cozy, and they left us some gifts for the little ones they loved. All in all, we loved what the apartment, area and so on, but we stayed with the proximity of the hosts and the delicacy to make their home ours. Wonderful and super recommended. Thank you

It is a wonderful apartment, the village is a magical place. When we arrived at the apartment we were surprised, it is so beautiful, so well cared for, the details, the theme of the sun, we felt the beautiful energy in the place, the effort they put into the home to make us feel good, we noticed every detail and I commented to my partner that we should replicate different things that were there, replicate them at home, it has everything, it definitely lacks nothing; the apartment is very well equipped, the style is very good; it adapts to the most demanding people. My wife even went home with a gift from the owners, sun-shaped earrings. They left us a bottle of wine in the fridge for us to toast and a bottle of very cold water to cool us off. They had things for us to consume, the coffee maker with different coffees to taste, they even had laundry detergent and softener, to wash what we got dirty. we really left feeling super grateful.

We were super happy with Fernando's constant communication and professional, fair ethics. We stayed just one night, but we truly enjoyed being right on the beach, listening to the waves.

We (7 people aged 3, 5, 6, 44, 49, 56, 76) had an absolute wonderful stay in this spacious and perfectly equipped villa (there was really everything you could think of already there), directly at the beach within a short walking distance to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, old town. There is a fantastic BBQ and you can picnic on the beach. Beach is not sandy but water is super clear and the kids loved to swim in it. The town is lovely, the weather was more than fantastic. Highly recommend.

We had issues finding it, partly because we arrived very late at night. The house is beautiful, beach front as described. Very comfortable. Mima send me the information regarding local things to do, shops, supermarket, etc. Great place. I will come back.

Fantastic place! The house is not by the beach and have to climb a hill but it is so worth it for the fantastic view for of the castle that is right next to it and the 360 view on the terrace. The walk to the beach is steep but quick. It was a wonderful place and would love to be back. Thank you!

Lovely apartment which matched the photos. Nice and comfortable with a lot of space. We were out of season so pool closed . Small walk to a dark sand beach with a couple of restaurants. A car is needed to reach supermarket as no shops nearby. A nice quiet stay for us after a 10 day road trip. Thanks

Raquel and Rafael's accommodation is great, the cleanliness is impeccable, they gave us recommendations for visits in the area that were really worth it!!! Don't hesitate to stay with them, it's 100% recommended!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Iryna's! Iryna was incredibly kind and responsive, going out of her way to help us make the most of our weekend. The apartment was lovely: spotless and fully equipped for cooking and laundry. It's in a quiet, charming area just steps from Burriana Beach—perfect for a relaxing beach day! Lovely cafes, restaurants, and convenient express supermarkets are all nearby. We could even park the car in front if the location, very handy! We’d love to return—highly recommended!
