Cozy outbuilding in the heart of a vineyard. The accommodation enjoys a quiet and wooded environment in the countryside surrounded by vineyards that we produce using organic farming methods. Located only 35 minutes from Bordeaux, on the wine route between Saint-Emilion and Blaye. The accommodation is spacious with separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living-dining room, and independent with external entrance, and has a terrace. Its garden is fenced in and charming.

Located a few kms from Bourg-sur-Gironde, our studio, independent of our dwelling, awaits you on the first floor of our house. 30 m² space, facing the garden, completely new. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, hood). Sofa bed. Sleeping area with 160 cm bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. (sheets, towels, tea towels) Suitable for 2 or 3 people for a family or friends. Suitable for 2 colleagues on a business trip. Access to garden.

With an independent entrance, a terrace and a warm interior atmosphere, this place is a great place to relax. We are located between Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion as well as 10min from the blue angel. Also enjoy an optional year-round outdoor hot tub for €30 ideal for relaxing after a day of discovery or just having a relaxing time.

Nice cozy and well-equipped studio

This pretty and very well-equipped studio was created to receive artists from the Awassô Artistic Center, and we rent it out the rest of the time. We live above and it is attached to the Center where there are dance classes every night of the week. So we're looking for friendly and open-minded tenants. Clearly, if you have a problem with noise (or Africa), this place is not for you!!! Otherwise, we'd love to host you!

Indeed this small house is located 30 minutes from Bordeaux, Blaye, Libourne, Saint Emilion and only 1 hour from the beach. Its geographical location allows you to visit all the must-see places of Gironde easily and quickly.

The COZY

Le Cosy is a charming detached house of 60 m2 air-conditioned + 35m2 covered terrace in a quiet + barbecue + deckchairs with a large enclosed garden of 2500 m2 + large swimming pool. (cot available ). The shops are 3kms away. We have 3 adorable bitches (1 Golden Retriever & 2 King Charles Rider). Bordeaux at 20kms, St Emilion at 30mn, Citadelle of Blaye at 30mn.

Quiet independent studio

Independent 20 m2 studio adjoining our main residence in a quiet subdivision. Access to the studio can be done independently via a private entrance with access code. The accommodation is located 5 minutes' drive from St André de Cubzac train station, 20 minutes' TER from Bordeaux St Jean train station. Very easily accessible from A10 and N10.
