Located 70 m away, with direct access to the sandy beach (lifeguard station) as well as the port, shops and movie theaters. Private parking space. Pets not allowed, no smoking. Linen not provided possibility to rent the linen at the isles laundry. Cleaning at the expense of the tenants unless otherwise agreed.
