Notre appartement sent bon la Côte d'Azur! Situé au dernier étage d'une villa, dans un quartier calme, magnifique vue mer. Balcon terrasse pour vous relaxer, petit jardin. Le bonheur d'être à Nice en profitant d'une nature ensoleillée. A seulement 15/20 min à pieds (5/10 min en voiture) de la plage et du centre-ville très animés. Mon appartement se trouve au pied du tram ligne 2 (arrêt Fabron), à 15 minutes de l’aéroport et 10 minutes du centre (avenue Jean Médecin). Des vélos publics se trouvent juste devant la résidence. Au pied du logement: supermarché, boulangerie, plage à 80 mètres. La cuisine comporte tous les équipements nécessaires. La grande terrasse permet de profiter toute l’année du soleil! Il existe enfin des places de stationnement gratuites à environ 500 mètres de l’appartement. Le chat a déménagé 😁.
