Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in La Marsa

We had a pleasant stay at Nesrine's. The villa was clean, spacious, faithful to the photos. The pool was very good, not overlooked. Nesrine is a welcoming, responsive host who makes the comfort of her guests a priority. We will return during our next stays in Tunis.

Nice old style house. The closed private garden really gives it something special. Good climate control. 3 aircos. Only downside are the light switches. They dont always work properly and need replacement/upgrading

Warm welcome from Ashraf. Nice house to live in, especially thanks to the terrace. Neighborhood set back from the seaside. We enjoyed meeting authentic neighbors and shopkeepers that we would not have seen if we had been more in the city center. The mattresses, kitchen and bathroom have already seen better days. Very nice stay!

Your accommodation is very clean, bedding and bed linen of very high quality. ❤️ Too bad the third bedroom does not have a double bed!😉 Air conditioning everywhere 😃 2 bathrooms (shower room, walk-in shower) and one with bathtub. Accommodation up to our expectations. Thank you 🙏🏻

We really loved this stay, it had amazing views and a really cool gated area. It was a bit difficult to find but the hosts are super responsive and really help you out. I would totally recommend this place - amazing views, location and property.

I’ve had a wonderful stay at Mo’s place. The apartment is modern and very convenient. The area is nice, walking distance from the beach, and good restaurant options around. Mo was very attentive. I would recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at Dhouha’s Airbnb, and it was an exceptional experience! Check in was extremely simple and we felt welcomed and relaxed. The residence was very clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The attention to detail was impressive, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, beautiful scenery, waterfront view and great restaurants nearby. Dhouha was an outstanding host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for the area. Her hospitality truly made a difference, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. 10/10 looking forward to coming back and recommending to friends/family.

Everything was perfect for my 2 children and me! We had a great time at this beautiful, tastefully decorated place. All amenities are nearby, store, pharmacy, restaurant, beach, train station, bus, etc. Finally, Asma is attentive and always available, she did everything to make our arrival go as smoothly as possible and she even arranged for the departure. I had a great stay at Asma's apartment in the heart of La Marsa. The one bed apartment is on the top floor of a modern building in a pretty residential area, next to a park, nice cafes and eclectic boutiques. It has a wrap around roof deck, with a 360 views of La Marsa, and an elevator to take you there (3rd floor). Asma and her daughter were very friendly and helpful, and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Samia’s place is a beautiful and peaceful gem. What an honor to experience not only incredible hospitality, but the home/ location itself is perfect. Everything is walkable, especially to the beach. The home itself is surrounded by a well tended garden by Samia, with her adorable cats, it felt like the perfect sanctuary. The home is incredibly space with a mix of traditional and modern amenities. I look forward to another visit in the future!

It's a quiet family neighbourhood. I could walk to the archaeological sites of Carthage when I was feeling energetic or there was a local bus that went right past them for only one dinar. You buy the ticket on the bus. That same bus goes all the way into the center of Tunis as well if you want to visit the Medina. In the evenings it's an easy walk up to the smaller alleys and photogenic buildings of Sidi Bou Said. There are a lot of people out and about up there - locals and tourists. But I'd recommend you come back down to the neighbourhood you are staying in for some cheaper Tunisian food at neighborhood eateries. All in all a very interesting stay

I had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect — the place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great and made exploring the area so easy. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

My friends and I had a great time, incredible value for money. The apartment is perfect for 4 people, clean and cozy. The terrace definitely gives an extra touch, very nice to have dinner in the evening. There is also a washing machine. Marwen was very helpful in welcoming us and making us find the apartment ready, she recommended where to go to eat and was very kind to let us check out beyond the indicated time. The location is convenient for visiting local places. Recommended!

Bilel is a golden host. He gave me a very good welcome and we communicated during the stay when I had something to ask him about the apartment or the place to park the car. The apartment is ideally located with Sidi Bou Said and the Marsa Corniche nearby and the place is totally quiet at night. This is the perfect place to rest in the evening. 100% recommended

We felt right at home during our comfortable stay. Our host was so welcoming and provided some truly excellent local recommendations.
