Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Part-Dieu, Lyon

The location of this place is fantastic. The cleanliness and comfort was wonderful. The building common areas are not very welcoming and the stairs are steep and difficult to maneuver with luggage, but once you enter the apartment, it is an oasis. Alix is very responsive and a very good host.

We only had a short stay at this accommodation but we would have loved to stay longer. Amandine was most friendly and helpful. Apartment was easy to locate from main train station. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Everything you need for a relaxing break. Cafes and shops nearby. Tram stop just across the road. Thanks Amandine and Dorian

We really enjoyed our stay in Lyon at this space, recently renovated and very comfortable to relax in after a long day exploring. Very easy walk from the Perrache train station, and also going back and forth during our visit so close to the Ampere Metro station. The space itself has great proximity and an easy walk to so many neighborhoods in Lyon, and was very comfortable for two adults staying for a few days. Europe can get warm in the summer and while this apartment does not have air conditioning, fans were provided and we slept with the windows open mostly. During the weekends, some noise can be heard from passers-by below, but we were comfortable and it was expected. We really appreciated having accessible and easy to use washer/dryer and iron too. Would definitely love to visit again, Laura & Ed were gracious hosts!

We had a great time at Marine's place! She wasn't there but guided us perfectly to pick up the keys to the accommodation, we were able to arrive at the time we wanted and it was very appreciable. The apartment is warm, very clean, with all the necessary amenities. +++ for Lola's toys that our daughter particularly liked 😊 The accommodation is perfectly located, in a secure residence, Les Halles de Paul Bocuse is a 2-min walk, the Vieux Lyon district is easily accessible, the Parc de la Tête d'Or is also a 20-min walk... it's a great location for visiting Lyon! Olivier was so delightful to deal with, very responsive and detailed! The spacious apartment was modern but also had old world charm in the large exposed beam and stone work. There were a few lovely restaurants within a 5-10 min walk and the old part of Lyon just a 20 minute walk away! He was so flexible when we arrived early and allowed us to drop our luggage so we could explore Vieux Lyon until check in. It was a bit warm as the AC hadn’t yet been activated but all the fans helped overcome that! Overall we would highly recommend this lovely property. Thank you Olivier!

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

We had a pleasant stay in peace and serenity. The place and especially the garden are beautiful! Although there are houses around, you quickly feel like a private place just for yourself. The quality of the services (coffee, drinks), the beauty of the apartment and Cyril's kindness to us were worth a visit. He even alerted us to forget to close our vehicle window in pouring rain! We recommend this place where you quickly forget that it is located in the city center!

Myriam place is huge and lots of rooms. You feel right at home! Great host! Would definitely come back.

We loved the place- very chic, perfect for a group trip, really spacious kitchen and living area and outdoor table for dining which we loved. Really enjoyed the location being able to walk to bakery, supermarket and hire boats along the river.

We rented this place as part of a training course with 8 participants. Price incomparable compared to hotels and the value for money and the services offered are far superior. The training room in the home was what made us choose this place, it was perfect. Everyone had their own single room and could retreat to work quietly while the others enjoyed the backyard. Very well equipped accommodation with sanitary facilities (5 for the whole accommodation and there are on all floors), bathrooms in all bedrooms, 2 fridge and 2 coffee machines. We weren't stepping on each other's toes but we were able to have a great time together instead of being alone in our hotel rooms. Our host (whom we unfortunately did not have the pleasure of meeting) was always available to answer our questions and is very helpful. I highly recommend this listing and its host.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Great place, super friendly people, cool chicken in the garden & lovely big pool. 10/10 woyld recommend. Only downside we could think of is a little bit of street noise bc of busy street.

This location was peaceful, outside the city, and on convenient bus lines. We had a car because we had two children under 2 and that gave us flexibility, but loved the public transportation. The pool was clean and we used it a bit but weather was still a bit cool in late May. The outside eating table was fun and we also had a covered eating and cooking area which we used in the rain but didn’t cooking because we were home too late most evenings.

Very good stay with Hélène. The apartment was big enough for 2 people and very bright. Everything is clearly stated and simple. Hélène is very responsive to messages. It was perfect!

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Alexis apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. Easy to access the Perrache station and all the sites in Lyon. We were especially close to Brasserie Georges which was quite an experience and also visited the Museum of Deportation and the French Resistance which was very interesting. A great and enjoyable stay.

Delphine was a very good support. Respond quickly and suggest a good restaurant. The apartment, although small, is ideal for 2 people. All amenities are there. Housed in a historic building, the restriction of not having an air conditioner is the only drawback during a heat wave. Everything is within walking distance. A big advantage is the "Hôtel de Ville" metro station, which is less than a minute's walk away. A strategically well-located apartment for visitors. Thanks to Delphine, we'll be back.
