Casa unifamiliar de 90 m2. Con cocina grande abierta a el salón, dos buenas habitaciones orientadas al sur, baño nuevo y luminoso, tiene todo el equipamiento nuevo y el conford necesario para pasar unos días agradables. Finca de 2000 m2, con árboles y jardines, siempre atendidos. Terrazas bien orientadas, aparcamiento fácil de utilizar. Muy cerca de varias playas y de lugares comerciales. También hay cerca merenderos y restaurantes de nueva creación, de todo tipo de comida. También zona de senderos para caminar o usar la bicicleta, cerca del mar y viendo la montaña. Además pegados a los bufones de Pria, únicos en la costa Asturiana y a un paso.

La Llosa del Valle is a very comfortable house of new construction but made with recycled hardwoods and very bright due to the large windows facing south. It is very warm and cozy... It is located on a private estate and has its own completely independent and closed private garden and parking. The view of the Picos de Europa is spectacular. It is located in a small village with hardly any inhabitants and where the road ends so tranquility is assured.
