The former Landgrave's hunting lodge served as a retreat amidst the courtly hunt. The beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Today, the villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. Très belle maison située sur un grand terrain de 20ares en bordure de forêt sur les hauteurs du village avec une vue imprenable et au calme. Ce logement dispose d'un grand séjour avec une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, de 3 chambres ( 2 lits simples, un grand lit 2 places et un grand lit king size). Présence de 2 lits bébé. La maison donne sur une grande terrasse avec une partie couverte pour le coin repas. Elle dispose aussi d'un garage avec une borne de recharge pour voiture.

Notre villa d'architecte se compose de la sorte: Au rez-de-chaussée: la cuisine, le salon séjour, la buanderie, deux chambres privatives (10 et15m2) , deux salles d'eau dont une avec baignoire et 2 toilettes pour votre confort. À l'étage: une chambre fermée (30m2) et un lumineux espace loft (50m2) propose deux espaces nuit aménagés avec goût et séparés par une tenture.

Puberg is a charming little village perched at an altitude of 372 m, in the heart of nature. We welcome you all year round, for a week or for a relaxing weekend. We live on the ground floor and will be available at all times to inform you about the area and possible outings.
