Mountain Views and Starry Skies in the Countryside

Come enjoy the quiet of the country, only 15 minutes south of town. Stunning views of the La Plata Mountains and dark night skies for great star-gazing! Nice area for cycling and walking. Many of our neighbors have donkeys, horses, llamas and goats, chicken and sheep. No cigarette smoking but we are 420 friendly (outside only please!). We are a safe place for women travelers. There is a very friendly Labrador Retriever and a Basset Hound that live on this property but not allowed in the apt.

We are close to the airport and hospital in the southern agricultural area of town. This little hideaway guest house tucked behind our SW cottage house. It is the perfect little place to stop at the end of your day and relax. If your on a extended work trip or a southwestern adventure this place will be a cozy comfortable place to prop up your feet and rest your head in the four corners. We have weekly and monthly discounts and a flat $50 cleaning fee. all we ask is that you treat it like its your own home and double check for personal items when your leave.

The 3rd room with a bed has a full size bed. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. The 4th room is an exercise room with a treadmill. Nice cozy back yard. Nice living room with oversized couches. WiFi offered. The living room has a tv and 3 of the rooms has tv in them. There is a nice koi pond in the front yard.

Walking distance to downtown. 3 minutes to Ricketts Park. The shared back yard has a plenty of space for you, your pups and has a bbq available to you! Your host is close by, you will have all the privacy you require in this detached one of a kind cottage.
