The property is located 25 minutes from the Omaha metro area as well as less than 10 minutes from the Wabash Trace, a bike trail that travels through Mills County.

The home overlooks a large beach with a dock and water slide. The lower level includes a massive patio and indoor/outdoor game room with tons of arcade games. The main level of the home has a massive deck with multiple dining areas. The interior is newly updated, cozy and bright.
