We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

Everything in perfect condition, clean and tidy, good location and very quiet area, it corresponds to the characteristics of the website, I will repeat every time I go to the beach!!

The stay in this beautiful apartment was fantastic for us. If you have any questions, you will always be helped, the bathroom and the apartment were clean and without sand (despite the proximity to the beach). The view is great and the way to the sea is done in 2 minutes.

We spent 5 amazing nights in pucol, Valencia. The flat was great and only a stone throw away from the beach ☑️ 🌞

A very nice place to stay that I recommend to everyone. Direct location on the beach. Shopping is right around the corner, about a 300 m walk. The beach is very clean.

Great hostess, very clean apartment! Maria responds quickly to questions. I was there with my two daughters, 7 and 9 years old. Good restaurants are (mostly) within walking distance! There is no subway connection. The city can be reached by bus or, as we had, by car in 20 minutes. Large supermarket 1 km away. There are no souvenirs or other shopping options, but if you want that, you can go to the city anyway. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. Almost everything is available in the apartment (parasol for the beach, beach towels, washing machine, etc.). Hand washing is required for the dishes, as there is no dishwasher available. However, flushing utensils are also available. Upon the 1st entry into the apartment, we immediately felt comfortable! We were thoroughly satisfied, and would definitely come back at any time 🥰👍

We loved the fact that it was so close to a lovely promenade, had a couple of restaurants but the area was natural - not full of high rise buildings and souvenir shops. Delightful place to spend a few days.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s in a very nice and quiet location, just a short walk from the beach. The parking was excellent and very convenient. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, and the host has thoughtfully provided everything you might need during your stay. I truly appreciated the comfort and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

We had a pleasant stay at Ana’s place. Check-in was delayed due to a broken lock, but Ana’s husband responded quickly and called a locksmith — just unfortunate timing. The apartment is as described, but note that the rooms and bathroom offer limited privacy, with sliding doors that don’t fully close. It’s ideal for families or close friends. The flat is very child-friendly, with toys available, which was a big plus for us. The kitchen is well-equipped, though items like plates and utensils are stored in separate areas, making it a bit tricky to find things. Ana was very friendly and communicative, especially helpful with navigating local transport. We recommend using the Moovit app over Google Maps, as bus schedules have changed. Also, don’t miss ASCUAS — one of the best seafood meals we’ve had, and reasonably priced.

The house is beautiful, and with the location, 3 steps from the sea, you can breathe peace and tranquility. It is prepared with all the comforts to enjoy with family/friends. Alex, the host, provided all the facilities and was attentive at all times. As a point of improvement, although in general it was quite good (7 out of 10), more attention in some areas of the house in terms of cleanliness. But in short, the location, the host's attention and the house itself, invites you not to want to leave and to recommend it with your eyes closed so that it can be enjoyed. Quiet 200M from the beach of restaurants and shop. Many buildings that make us believe that we arrive in a city, but these are only holiday homes. Beach water and pool 28° minimum, impeccable pool with swimmer supervision. Perfect for a quiet holiday with your family. I thought I was out of season when we were on vacation the first 15 days of August. José is a great Host.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Pleasant stay. The residence is located opposite the beach. It's quiet. The apartment is very nice, well-equipped, comfortable. The residence is secure and well maintained. We had a great stay in this dream house. Kitty's little house is beautiful and very well thought out and furnished with a special taste that we really appreciated. It is perfect for a stay for a couple like us and the private terrace is very nice. The Cabanyal neighborhood is very charming with many restaurants and bars and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. We will be happy to come back for a longer stay and I recommend coming and enjoying this little gem.

We loved staying at the loft! Jakub and Maria were amazing hosts and were very responsive and flexible. The loft was stocked with everything we could’ve needed including a Nespresso machine with pods!! The place was also very cute and clean :) would def recommend if you want to be about a 10 min walk from the beach!

Location! Location! Location! Our family loved staying here for a quick beach get away. We chose Playa Pucol because it is away from the tourism and crowds of Valencia and could not have made a better choice. There are three restaurants within 30 meters. Even better, there is a great playground we could watch our daughter play from the patio of each restaurant. The drive into the Pucol town for groceries was easy. And, it was a 30 minute drive to the mountains for hiking and seeing the castle in Sagunto. This is a great place to stay!

Great place! Spacious and close to everything with great views. I would definitely stay here again.
