Villa Lantana: Charm & comfort, pool, sea view

Large independent studio in a private villa in the mountains that offers you quiet and exceptional sea views, 20 minutes from Saint-Denis. The studio is attached to my villa, it has a separate entrance, in a recent and secure residence, unlimited access to the pool. Ideally located 30 minutes from the airport to start or end your journey on the island. Everything is set up for a direct arrival from the airport or a departure according to your flight time. St Gilles les-Bains, 2-room ground floor, pool, ocean view

F2 of 35 m2, ground floor with a bright air-conditioned bedroom, pool and ocean views (new bedding in 160), shower room, separate toilet, dining kitchen, 20 m2 covered veranda with ocean views. The accommodation is attached to the owner's house but with independent entrance. You will have access to the private pool. Accommodation located on Chemin Summer in St Gilles les Bains, 15 min walk to Les Roches Noires beach. You can park your vehicle in front of the house.

Quiet 47 m² comfortable annex, 10 min airport

Your cozy accommodation is completely independent, with a private entrance. Small private pool, no other guests, (heated in cool season, about 27 degrees), not overlooked. Located in Sainte Marie, 10 minutes from R-Garros Airport and 20 minutes from Saint Denis. It is a relaxing place and the ideal starting point for many excursions (Salazie, East Coast, St Denis...). We offer accommodation for 2 adults; please do not receive outside guests without consulting us!

The Sapotes Bungalow

In a villa 200 m above sea level with heated pool: small independent bungalow in garden (master bedroom, double bed, shower room, outdoor kitchen). Shared access to a covered terrace with a large table, garden and pool. We have two lovely dogs in the garden. There is an extra €6 per night if there are 2 of you. Local shops within 10 min walk. Saint-Paul center is a 20-minute drive and beaches are 30 minutes away. Public transport is possible but complicated.

Designed for 2 people, it is composed of: - a bedroom, an outdoor bathroom (hot water) and toilet, an outdoor open space with equipped kitchenette and a garden with jacuzzi and swimming pool. Located by the sea in Saint Paul bay in an exceptional nature reserve (coconut grove and pond), close to trade downtown, Saint Paul market and Tamarins road. Quiet place.

Calme et de charme, dans un jardin tropical. Le studio avec sa petite cuisine extérieure équipée et sa terrasse privative est indépendant de la maison. Piscine et kiosque en libre accès pour profiter le soir du coucher de soleil sur l'océan indien, autour d'un cocktail... Proche de la plage de Boucan Canot, de ses bar et restaurants ( 10 minutes à pied ) Commerces et lignes de bus à proximité ( 5minutes à pied ).

Independent studio in wooded garden

Studio on two floors. On the ground floor, living/dining room and bathroom. Outside you will find a kitchen equipped with a washing machine available. Upstairs, a large air-conditioned bedroom with storage and a desk. The king size bed is equipped with a mosquito net. All in a large wooded garden with swimming pool. We are 5 minutes from the airport. (For transfers ask us by message) We'll wait right here for you!

House of love

Le studio de 24m2 + son patio de 16m2 est niché sur les hauteurs de Saint-Denis à 200 m d'altitude, dans un environnement calme et paisible. Le studio est mitoyen à la résidence principale et à une autre dépendance louée en airbnb. La piscine et les transats sont partagés avec les autres locataires et nous même. Vous serez à mi chemin entre l'aéroport et le centre ville de Saint-Denis (6 km/15minutes).

2-bedroom bungalow – 30 m2 with private pool and sea view

Located at the bottom of our garden, in a quiet and secure subdivision, 5 minutes' walk to the beach (restaurants, etc.), this accommodation offers stunning views of the Indian Ocean and the private pool located below. Ideally located in the west of Réunion, it will be a starting point for exploring the wonders of the island (bus stop 500 m away and Route des Tamarins 8 min away).

Villa des Brises – the studio

We rent an independent studio, located in our garden. You are also welcome on the covered terrace of our house, which houses a table as well as an outdoor lounge. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and deckchairs as well as the entire garden. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views, or the sunset, in peace, and without a view from the opposite side!
