we stayed a few days in this apartment to rest on our way back from south spain to the Netherlands a wonderful quiet accommodation, well equipped apartment with good beds which is important for these oldies also close to several supermarkets, we can recommend this apartment to everyone whether this is for a stopover or for a week's holiday. greetings to Noemi and her father certainly for the warm welcome of her father Aad and Yvon

The stay was great!!!! There were 4 adults and Sam, our golden retriever. Sam and we really enjoyed the terrace, it's the best and that's why we chose Noelia's house. Inside, just like the terrace, the house is full of details. Noelia gave us a lot of information about the area. The beach is less than 10 minutes' walk and is great for going with a dog. Thank you for everything, Noelia. We look forward to coming back next year. Highly recommended for going with a dog.

Great stay by all means. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed for a smooth vacation. Along with that there's a dog beach right next to the house and a few cool spots to visit in the neighbour cities.

There were a lot of mosquitoes but in the end we really liked the apartment! Well decorated, clean and cozy! As there was a day with strong winds, parts of the shower ceiling were lifting and making a lot of noise. It was annoying. I blocked them with cardboard and then the next day I took it off.

Everything was perfect. Right to the beach in quite place. House is awesome with everything we need.

We had a wonderful time at Vicente’s property. We travelled with our 2 young children and there were 2 pools that we pretty much had to ourselves for the week and it was a very short and easy walk to the beach. There were a few issues on arrival that Vicente resolved relatively quickly and he was very responsive. The complex was very quiet and clean and felt very secure.

Modern and functional apartment, on the beachfront in a quiet area of Peñíscola. We loved how new everything was, as well as its terrace that was integrated into the living room with a large sliding door. It is also very useful to have parking. Eva is very attentive and with precise instructions that facilitate the arrival, in addition to all her recommendations of restaurants, etc.

I really loved my time in Javier’s place. The view is unbeatable and the house is well equipped. Javi was very flexible with check in and out which I appreciate a lot. It was perfect stay

A beautiful house where we felt comfortable in any weather. In the glazed veranda, wind and January coolness can be enjoyed wonderfully. With a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms are inviting, tastefully furnished. In the kitchen there is everything necessary, with sufficient and decorative dishes. Due to the 2 levels, there are good retreats. We loved spending our time in and around the house. Thanks to Eelco and Ariane !

This is the second year I've stayed here, because I really liked it and the stay was very pleasant. The only downside is that it rained this year, but the weather is what it is. Everything was great.

The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Spacious, bright, brand new. The terrace overlooking the beach and the sea is wonderful. The windows close very well and insulate from possible noise. It is in a very quiet area about 20 minutes' walk from the center of San Carlos de la Rápita. It has supermarkets nearby. A highly recommended apartment to spend a few quiet days by the sea. In the surroundings there are many places to go on excursions, both in the Ebro Delta and in the nearby Sierra del Montsia. What I didn't like is that Holidu is an app similar to Airbnb. I would have preferred to contact the owners directly through Airbnb and not through an intermediary app. The way to enter the apartment was through another website that had to be accessed to open and/or obtain the access code. On the one hand it is comfortable because you do not have to meet the owner, but on the other it is a bit cumbersome every time you enter the apartment.

Very kind, very welcoming, helpful and smiling host. Everything was made available to make our stay great. Quiet environment, at night you can hear the sound of the waves. There is a very good restaurant nearby and the people in this city are very nice. Thanks for the stay.

This apartment in Ametlla de Mar is great! It looks exactly like the photos, most importantly the view from the little balcony is even better than what you see. Sitting out there in the evening with a glass of wine overlooking the port was supremely calming. Ametlla is a small town and the apartment is very centrally located so you can walk to everything very quickly. Inma was very communicative and met us to hand off the keys, show us the apartment and provide some recommendations while we were in town. The only thing I would have liked is if the kitchen were a little better stocked. Ametlla is known for having some of the best fresh fish around and we were excited to cook it, but there were not a ton of pots/pans/cutting boards and there weren't any staples like olive oil or black pepper. We stocked up at the supermarket and were able to cook some delicious meals with what was there, but a few more kitchen supplies would have been nice. That said, I still highly recomment.

Thanks to Rémi for sharing this magical place with her hosts. The house is beautiful, the decor is very neat and the terrace + rooftop are amazing. The location is very well located in the old town of Peníscola with its small alleys that made us travel to Greece for a moment:) after spending 5 beautiful days the most difficult was to leave this magical place where it really felt like home.

A lovely home, clean, comfy bedding and lounge facilities, freshly decorated and located in a very picturesque spot with lots of restaurants and old town streets to explore. The terrace was a nice spot to enjoy the sun or a warm evening. The house is on 4 floors so I got my steps in! We didn’t use our hire car at all during our stay, this place is an ‘on foot’ experience! There is access to 2 large beaches within a few minutes walk with more bars and restaurants to try. The water was very calm and shallow for a long way out making it suitable for children. For some reason however there are very few shops for basic amenities and items like bottles of water need to be carried from the mainland shops up to the house.

We had a great two days here and the view was the absolute highlight. We have never lived so close to the sea and it was an indescribable feeling of space and freedom. The hosts responded quickly and helped us find a reliable airport transfer. We are more than super satisfied with our stay in Peñiscola!!
