All shops and a cinema nearby as well as bus lines to Chambéry in 15 minutes .

Our region is ideal for skiing (downhill and cross-country 19 km away), walks, swimming in summer, relaxation and sightseeing: Historic town and Chambéry castle, bike paths, beaches of Lake Bourget, visit to Annecy and its lake, Vanoise Park, Bauges mountain range... Independent studio on the ground floor, recent (2023) with bathroom and separate toilet. You can enjoy the 500m2 fenced garden with deckchairs, shaded area for outdoor dining. Here, we love animals and you are welcome with dog, cat, camel. Fully equipped with convertible sofa with comfortable Bultex mattress and full kitchen with fridge, induction, coffee maker and kettle. Bed linen and towels provided. Washing machine for €5, detergent included.
