Fantastic penthouse close to the sea in Cabo Roig

Attic to relax with family or friends. Terrace, large roof terrace with large sofa, barbecue and solarium, newly renovated, sunny and with three community pools, paddle tennis courts and children's areas, with a private garage in the shade and a few meters from the beautiful promenade of Cabo Roig, with supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants just by crossing the street. The house has central AC and heat, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and a full kitchen.
