Au-dessus de Guillestre, cette maison récemment rénovée est un véritable havre de paix, ensoleillée et lumineuse, avec une vue imprenable sur la rivière du Guil, le Guillestrois et les sommets environnants. Les grandes ouvertures baignent chaque pièce d'une lumière douce toute la journée. Le balcon plein sud invite à contempler les montagnes à toute heure, et le jardin se prête aussi bien aux petits-déjeuners d'été qu'aux pauses soleil de décembre. À deux pas, une cascade ponctue le silence.

The chalet offers panoramic views of the peaks from all sides. In addition to the living room, whose bay windows give the impression of living in the landscape, the floor offers 3 bedrooms (2 closed) and a bathroom, all with large openings to multiply the points of view. The interior design, a mixture of authenticity and contemporary, adopts the chalet style as a common thread, in keeping with the dominant wood, left natural. The choice of shades and materials ensures a cocooning atmosphere.

Our pretty apartment is located in Argentière-la-Bessée, a very beautiful village at the gates of the Écrins National Park. We are in a small hamlet, secluded & quiet, typical & full of charm ^^ (pedestrian streets in front of the apartment) Cozy apartment, equipped kitchen, pretty bathroom, cozy living room and wooden terrace. _WIFI_ 1 double bed on the mezzanine and 1 sofa bed, very good mattress for 2 people, in the living room. The 100 m2 apartment we offer was completely renovated in 2023. It is located on the 1st floor and has a large balcony that you can enjoy during the beautiful summer evenings. Being on site, I am easily reachable if needed. You will have access to all the amenities of Châteauroux-les-Alpes (bakery, grocery store, bar and restaurant) a 5-minute drive away. The Embrun water park as well as small shops and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive.
