Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Beautiful little Villa situated just a 4-minute drive from Javea’s world class beaches and restaurants. This secluded plot offers all day sun, a private pool and garden with stunning views over Javea and the Montgo Mountain.
