The Refuge de La Boire is a mountain chalet located at 1900 m altitude in the Oisans Mountain in the Alps. The south-facing chalet overlooks a wild valley. A remarkable site for its panoramas (mountains,glaciers, mountain pastures...) , its wilderness (marmots, chamois, eagles, vultures), its hikes from the chalet, its tranquility ( it is the only chalet in the valley !). Located in La Toussuire, the highest ski resort in Les Sybelles, the fourth largest ski area in France, the chalet allows you to leave and return on skis. It's not accessible with your vehicle. Once parked, it is a 250-meter walk to the chalet. In summer and winter you can enjoy an exceptional panorama, optimal sunshine and absolute tranquility. With family or friends, between sports and relaxation, come and spend an unforgettable week.

Village cottage

The cottage is attached to our house and independent. A mezzanine with double bed, and on the ground floor in the main room, a single bed equipped with a pull-out bed that can sleep a 4th person. It is a small village of Belledonne, 30 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort at the start of hiking trails with many road bike and mountain bike routes. A movie theater 7 km away in the valley the pleasure of meeting and sharing homemade jams!

Ideal for your ski stays or for spa guests, you will be only 30 minutes from the ski slopes (Collet d'Allevard and 7 Laux) and a 5-minute walk from the city center of Allevard and the Thermal Baths.
