What can I say.......This was PARADISE!!!!! I have rented many houses through different websites, and this house was exactly what they said it was going to be. I stayed in this beautiful house 5/25/25 to 6/56/25. Everything was Perfect from the first day I entered this house, until the day I left. Armando, and his Wife Andrea made the entire trip perfect. They took care of any of our needs. I loved the little shopping, and restaurant area close to the house. If you are looking for a Beautiful, and Peaceful house to vacation in, this is the HOUSE!!! Also, the Entire Staff at Akumal Villas if fantastic. They answered all my questions before arriving to the house. I would like to Thank everyone for the Best Vacation I have ever had. Looking forward to returning to this House again soon.

Our stay was very pleasant. Mariela support us with 2 topics that happened to us during the stay, additional check-in time was flexible, something we really appreciate. And it was made more pleasant by very affectionate wild kittens and more if you offer them food.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was perfect for our large group, offering plenty of space and comfort. One of the highlights was definitely having 4 bathrooms, which made getting ready so much easier for everyone. The location was ideal — just a 10-minute drive from 5ta Avenida, making it easy to enjoy the attractions while still being in a peaceful, gated community with a guard for added security. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area with a group!

Very clean spacious home. It would be perfect for a large party. Our family of four enjoyed it very much. It’s a great home to relax in. It’s so nice, you might not want to leave. We enjoyed the pool very much.

Absolutely perfect spot for a beach getaway in a beautiful home with plenty of space for our party of six. Stunning view of the ocean and just steps away from the water! Great location as well to access the mall for post-beach activities. Would recommend and absolutely stay at Casa Marmol again!

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.

Very nice place to hang out with family! Away from the hustle of everything else if that's what you're looking for but not too far from beaches or Tulum or Playa Del Carmen

Of the most beautiful homes in La Velata. The condominium is small, so it gives you a sense of privacy and tranquility by not having as many neighbors as a larger complex. The apartment is completely new and was perfect for our group, the WIFI is very good if you need to work remotely and from the private pool we could enjoy the full moon at night. Esteban welcomes you at the reception with a smile and is always in the condominium in case anything is offered. The area is super quiet, there is an Oxxo a few blocks away, several rich restaurants and access to the street to exit to the hotel zone. We would definitely stay here again!

Maria and Nuria were amazing hosts, always available to assist us further than what was expected - with local travel and tour options. The apartment is absolutely perfect, situated close to restaurants and convenience stores and the rooftop pool is one of a kind!! Thanks for everything, we will surely be back each year.

We had a lovely stay. The hosts were very responsive and the home had lots of outdoor space. Would highly recommend a car or scooter as taxis are expensive. Close to the beach and a tulum town. Great WiFi speed for working and taking video calls.

We loved the place , easily accessible if you have a car, it is super safe, relaxing and comfortable, the cenote was great and the pool water always warm. The apartment is fabulous, the only bad thing is that if it was quite dirty, when you open the perceptions to be on the balcony the lint, dust and animals that had in the perception frames came to light, there was trash in one of the rooms and the dirty stove. Other than that, we love it.

The apartment is very parent, clean and organized, the area to arrive is a little complicated but this is independent to the apartment. Specifically the apartment and the condominiums where it is located are very parents. Quiet and good for resting.

Had a great stay! Clean, pretty quiet, felt safe, friendly hosts. It was well-priced and I would recommend! Note - It is a quick drive to paved roads but pretty bumpy dirt roads for a few minutes radius around it with a lot of construction (not close enough for the noise to be a problem). Just something to note when picking out a vehicle. I had a scooter and am very experienced on them so was fine but maybe would have done an ATV or dirt bike for a better drive.

Condos were very cute and nicely decorated. The premises had 24 hour security as well as fantastic food at the on community restaurant, a convenient store and nice communal areas/ pools to use. The instructions they gave to find the air bnb were very helpful as Mexico’s roads are hard to navigate and often look like dirt road dead ends. Highly recommend this stay! Perfect for our large group. Hot water is finicky but that is expected in Mexico so cannot fault them for it. Overall great stay thank you!

My boyfriend and I were in Tulum to celebrate our 30th and 35th birthdays and also for the Afterlife and Circoloco festivals. We chose this airbnb because it’s close to Zamna venue but also to the strip, beaches, and all the other places we wanted to go to while we were in town. The property is BEAUTIFUL and so peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and super helpful making sure we got to the house okay and had all we needed throughout the week we were there. They were kind enough to give us a ton of great recommendations on things to do and places to eat which I really appreciated also. Only wish we could have stayed longer!!! Definitely cant wait to come back and stay with Hector and Danevat again, thank you both for everything!

Great value !! Had a wonderful day at this condo hotel. The 2 story penthouse was extremely clean, quiet, private, and close to Tulum Beach. 5 min drive or about a 10-15min bike ride. Great breakfast spot La Ponderosa Breakfast Club nearby and also a 7-11 and pharmacy in case you need to pickup something small. Great communication from the host and always a concierge/ security at the desk. Cant wait to visit again

My friends and I stayed there for three days, and we were really impressed with the rooms, they were fantastic! The location is a bit outside of town, but it’s peaceful and beautifully removed from all the noise. We absolutely loved our room and would definitely stay again! The only suggestion I have is to consider turning on the AC before check-in, as it was very hot when we arrived. Other than that, everything was perfect, the pool was amazing!
