Holiday rentals with a fireplace in La Vergne

We did have a little hiccup with the house not be cleaned when we first arrived but it was rectified immediately and the owner was very apologetic! Other than that.. we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home for three days and two nights while in town for a graduation at the nearby college. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown Murfreesboro and the campus, which made everything super convenient. The house itself was spacious, and beautifully maintained, offering all the comforts of home and more. We especially appreciated the large, modern kitchen stocked with all the utensils and appliances we could need. The beds were very comfortable, and having access to a washer and dryer was a great bonus. One of our favorite features was the screened-in porch and multiple patios, which provided the perfect space to relax and unwind in the evenings. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

It was a very nice, peaceful, and quiet neighborhood. The host was very accomodating. The house was what I had expected to be and more. Located near restaurants and shopping areas. Look forward to staying there again, if in the area.

We LOVED it! The location was wonderful! Close enough to downtown, but a nice quiet area. We took Lyft most places in the evening just for ease. But in all reality, we didn't need to leave! The pool, the hot tub! The whole area was wonderful!

Was an amazing place. Beautiful and peaceful. Plan to stay there again when visiting our daughter at Lipscomb University.

Very spacious house, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, nice grill on natural gas. 1 very big master bedroom with kingbed and TV, 1 extra bedroom with a queen bed and TV and an extra queen bed. Also TV in the living room. Very pet friendly. Gras in front and in the back. We felt immediately at home. Everything you need is available. Gail is a great host. Very responsive and ready to help and she gave recommendations for restaurants. Nice surroundings with a lot of hiking trails in the area. Franklin only 15 min away and Nashville only 25 min ! I can really recommend this house. We spend there 6 days and were very satisfied !!!

This was perfect for our group. The listing description and photos were accurate, and the home was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities. As a first-time Airbnb guest, I had a great experience. The location offered convenient access to the highway, making it easy to get around town. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Vicki was very kind and welcoming to me and my children during our stay. I enjoyed getting to chat with her and it was nice that she was close for the duration of our stay. Our group of 8 stayed here and it was perfect. Super closed to Broadway, just down the road to some of the best bars! The place was comfortable, couch area seats so many, kitchen is well stocked to be able to cook full meals. The access to BBQ and pool area was awesome but does fill up on the weekends. The host is super responsive and answered all questions asap. Staff in the building is courteous soo friendly. Great spot!

Ron & Susan’s place was above and beyond what we expected! Their home is beautiful, comfortable & homey, and is right in the thick of everything and everywhere of Nashville! Easy access to multiple areas either via walking or uber! The assigned parking space was awesome as well. Highly recommend Ron & Susan’s home and can’t wait to return! Love love love! It was the perfect cozy little place for our girls trip! Perfect for the 3 of us. It was so clean and had literally everything we needed. Anna was so kind and very responsive, a wonderful host. 10/10 would stay again when I visit Nashville!

Wonderful place that was very close to Broadway! The apartment was right by the elevators so very convenient, but not noisy at all. Parking was super close to the lobby doors as well. Everything was super clean and she had just about everything you could think of in the kitchen and bathroom in case you needed anything. Lindsey was very nice and made sure to even reach out to let us know that the cleaners finished early if we wanted to check in early. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back down!

This is a very comfortable place to stay. Great neighborhood. Hosts have put forth alot of effort to make the apartment clean and nice given that it's an old building. Just know you're staying in a vintage-ey apartment. Great little extras to make it homey and convenient. Really well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. The king-size bed is soooooo comfortable! Easy access through the front of the building or through the porch door which is just to the right of the front door. There is some instruction that is confusing about entering through the back - don't go that way. It's on a busy street so there is some traffic noise at times. Plenty of parking. I was sent many emails from Airbnb and Music City Magnolia and I had trouble locating the check out instructions. There are many instructive signs around the apartment which was really helpful - one for what to do to check out (garbage, temp. setting, etc.) would be great. Lovely little place that we would use again!
