We were on a discovery journey with our adult children into our family roots in both Ireland and Scotland. We enjoyed a few days in Dublin and then went to the area of the Shannon River. We had a wonderful stay at the Quay. The views are stunning, the communication with our hostess was excellent, and the house itself, is a delightful place from which to explore the environs. We all gave this magical place a ten thumbs up!

Jean’s home was a bit of heaven. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and this was the perfect spot. So much to do an hour’s drive in each direction. Spectacularly beautiful views. After long summer days exploring the area we loved coming back to have a drink in the back overlooking the bay and watching the sunset. I can’t rave enough at how fabulous this place is!! Thank you Jean for a lovely stay.

Felt like home away from home. Such a comfortable house with everything you can need. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the area was peaceful. Only negative is we didn't have more days to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home in Killarney! The house had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Mary was a fantastic host—so welcoming and thoughtful. She greeted us with fresh eggs, biscuits, and butter, and was always quick to respond if we needed anything. One of the highlights was the private sauna, which Mary kindly prepped for us every day—such a treat after a day of exploring! The views from the property were absolutely spectacular, and the location was perfect: peaceful and scenic, yet only about 15 minutes from the town center. Highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone visiting the area!

Stayed in the lime cottage with my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day and it was everything we wanted, the cottage was cozy and matched all of the photos for reference. The host Lorraine and Keith were wonderful and very friendly,couldn’t have had nicer people. The surrounding area was breathtaking and it would make you want to pack everything and move lol. The only issue was the hot tub, which was a big deal for us, it wasn’t running at the time we got there, but the next day it was up and going but the wind was too strong so we didn’t bother going for a dip, this had nothing to do with the host but just the weather beat us to it ! All in all I would highly HIGHLY recommend any of the gorgeous cottage that are up for stay as they were worth every penny and I think we’ll be back again relatively soon.
