Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Labinci

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

Best house I’ve ever stayed at, fantastic. We were a large group of 17 people (5 kids) which came together from different countries and cities to chill and have fun. House offered everything it described, unbelievable architecture, great amenities, very cozy and clean, easy to reach. Large kitchen, comfortable furniture, fantastic patio, workable grill. Surrounding is decent (dry dock for speedboats and yachts next to the house), but still very calm (if you don’t count the local chickens and dogs which are providing the natural environment). The doors and windows are, however, brilliantly insulated so basically you will hardly hear anything when in one of the rooms. Till was a great host, always responsive and helpful in all aspects! Gave us recommendations, helped us prepare everything upfront, kudos. We definitely hope to return to Stara Škola for another great experience.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Schön wären Insektengitter vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern und in jedem Schlafzimmer ein Fernseher.Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

This home is the perfect location for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy your own private slice of Croatian paradise on the Istrian peninsula while still being close to several wonderful attractions, like the old city of Rovinj and the hill town of Motovun. The home and surrounding yard have everything you need including several outdoor locations to sit and relax while soaking up the ambience. Enjoy your coffee or wine while listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the olive trees and lavender plants. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality, local recommendations, and personal touch. The best Airbnb experience we've had.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dem wunderschönen Haus von Nejc. Es ist einfach eine Wohlfühloase! Ein tolles Haus, das mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet wurde. Es ist alles da was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Der idyllische Garten hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue erfreut und auch unser Hund liebt es dort. Um an die Küste zu kommen muss man 20 Minuten mit dem Auto einplanen, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Nejc ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar ist und trotzdem absolut die Privatsphäre seiner Gäste bewahrt. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen! Danke Nejc!!!💖

Unser Aufenthalt in "Peace of Mind - 2" war wunderschön. Die Lage des Objekts ist außergewöhnlich und bietet nicht nur einen traumhaften Blick in eine wunderbare Landschaft, sondern vieles mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Zusätzlich kann man sich auf der Terrasse am Pool aufhalten und dort die angeschlossene Küche und den Aufenthaltsraum nutzen. Der Pool selbst bietet die Möglichkeit, auch sportlich zu schwimmen und der Blick in die Kvarner Bucht ist nicht zu überbieten. Die Gastgeberin Rajna ist immer hilfsbereit und gibt tolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend. Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort, an dem man sehr herzlich empfangen wird und sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt! Sono molto attenta alla pulizia e l'appartamento di Ante era veramente pulito e ordinato; è dotato di tutto il necessario per la permanenza, inclusa la cucina fornita del necessario per cucinare. Ante è stato disponibile e il soggiorno è stato ottimo.

Great little place for a few days in Pula. Quite clean and responsive hosts. In the kitchen, it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. Due to the proximity of the owners property- there’s a little less privacy. Otherwise, really cute place and worth the price.

Déconnexion garantie chez Andreja. L'appartement proposée est située dans les hauteurs de Koper avec une très belle vue sur la ville et sur la mer ! Propre, fonctionnel, bien disposé, rien ne manque et le gros plus est la piscine. Andreja est disponible si besoin et sait rester discrète. Bref, le bon endroit pour se ressourcer !

Wir wurden von Antonija den gesamten Zeitraum von der Buchung bis zur Abreise über alles relevante informiert und im Chat begleitet. Da wir etwas früher als geplant angekommen sind, konnten wir auch hier nachfragen und durften sogar etwas früher in das Apartment, was absolut nicht selbstverständlich ist. Der Check-In erfolgte kontaktlos über eine Schlüsselbox. Nach Betreten des Apartments erwarteten uns Snacks und eine Flasche guter Wein in einer absolut sauberen Küche und sehr einladend eingerichteten Räumlichkeiten. Von dem Airbnb aus kann man sehr schnell nach Poreč gelangen und sich das idyllische Städtchen anschauen. Auch nach Pula oder Novigrad kommt man sehr zügig, was dafür sorgt, dass man immer etwas erleben kann. Im Apartment stehen auch Reinigungsutensilien zur Verfügung, sollte man sie mal brauchen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!

Nuit sympathique dans un quartier très calme. Seul bémol: les chiens n’ont pas le droit d’aller dans le jardin, et le quartier n’est pas idéal pour les promener. Il y a de nombreuses maison qui ont un chien et on ne peut pas passer sans réveiller tout le monde …

Wonderful place, great welcoming hosts, beautiful garden, our son loved the turtles. The neighbours are building a villa, so it can be noisy at times, but we were going around a lot, so it wasn't a problem, we would come back next year. Thank you for hosting us.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Wir kamen mit Hund, was gar kein Problem war, obwohl Snezana auch Katzen hat. Wir haben Tipps zum Einkaufen sowie für Restaurants bekommen. Als es etwas kälter wurde, kam Snezana ohne zu fragen mit extra Decken. An unserem letzten Tag haben sie uns zu Kastanien und Wein eingeladen und wir hatten einen schönen Abend zusammen. Die Gegend ist wirklich sehr schön und man kann viel unternehmen, aber man sollte sich drauf einstellen, dass die Straßen etwas enger sind und das Autofahren teilweise etwas schwieriger ist. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder!
