Beware of the many ponds, swimming pool, sloping terrain, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles in the way of small children or people with reduced mobility.

Our house is located in the heart of Novalaise. Enjoy its large terrace with views of the mountains, and its tastefully furnished interior. All shops are 2 steps away, as well as the market on Sunday and Wednesday mornings. It is in a preserved setting that you can enjoy Lake Aiguebelette (swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding...) as well as La Chaine de L'Épine (cycling, hiking...) Ideally located (1 hour from Lyon, Grenoble, Geneva).

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

Aux Pierres tranquilles

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.

The "Lac et Forêt" Loft is a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation that accommodates a maximum of 4 people in a bright, spacious and designer setting. Large bay windows open onto the forest and Lake Annecy and invite contemplation and relaxation.
