Large 2-room apartment of about 45 m² with open-plan living room, dining room, kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. A kitchen and a large shaded garden complete this accommodation. I would like to point out for our animal friends that my garden is now fully fenced. Les Bernards is a small, very quiet hamlet close to Chorges and all its amenities (supermarket, shops...).

Nestled at 1250 m, in a fully renovated 18th century farmhouse with beautiful amenities (private sauna and Nordic bath). The "Les Dourioux" gîte is a peaceful, spacious and friendly haven. 10 minutes from La Draye (cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding), 35 minutes from the resorts: Les Orres, Crevoux, Réallon. Our chalet has been fully renovated and offers exceptional views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and Mont Guillaume. A true haven of peace with a magnificent wooden terrace overlooking a private garden of 250 m2, not overlooked. Small corner of paradise ideally located in a residential area but 2 steps from the amenities of Savines-le-Lac. Private lake access is a few meters from the accommodation.

The small village

Ghislain et Renaud vous accueillent au calme dans un petit village perché à 1380m. Venez profiter d’une terrasse baignée de soleil et d’une très belle vue panoramique sur les montagnes. A 10 minutes des pistes et 15 minutes du lac. Malheureusement nous ne pouvons pas accueillir d’enfants car l’escalier n’a pas de protection. Idéal pour retraite en amoureux ou fanas de randonnées (GR50)
