Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lac du Bourget

Studio meets the expectations of a short stay! Indeed, it is well thought out, well equipped with in addition, two outdoor terraces to enjoy the space including aperitif/meal and relaxation. Good bedding also to highlight. Located on the heights of Chanaz, it makes it easy to get to this beautiful village even if however a good climb awaits you when you return (I would say 20-25 minutes of effort). The neighborhood is rather quiet and from there, you can quickly go to all the tourist places around Lac du Bourget (beaches, gazebos, Aix les Bains, Canal de Savières, Abbaye d 'Hautecombe...). Alain is a very attentive host, making the stay as easy as possible, very cordial, extremely responsive and unshared kindness (He did not hesitate to go back from the center to the studio my family). He knows his area perfectly with good advice (visits and places). I thank her again and recommend her studio.

We really enjoyed Frédérique and Jacques' cottage. Extremely well-equipped, with very nice little details, very clean. Very nice environment around. We also really enjoyed the little welcome basket with some local products. And the hosts, very kind and helpful!! We will come back and recommend it without hesitation!

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Jean and Dominique's. The studio is on the ground floor of their home but they are discreet. The studio is perfectly equipped, oven and microwave, the bathroom is spacious, the garden accessible for children and the view of the mountains. We'll come back if we get the chance. Thank you!

There are not enough words to describe how lovely this Airbnb is, and what wonderful hosts Frédérica and Gilbert are. The location is superb, close to everything (but away from crowds) in a little village - exactly as described and as in the pictures. Next to the lake and forests, the views are wonderful and the air is fresh and clean. The house itself is marvellous, it is a 200yr old grange renovated with much love and care, which despite every modern convenience has kept its soul and beauty. It is impeccable, and there is nothing that you could want/need that is not provided. After nearly 5 weeks of lovely Airbnbs and kind hosts, this is the one that has stolen my heart and which I will return to without any hesitation next time I travel to France ❤️ I was unwell when it was time to leave, and they were so kind and extended our stay until I was well enough to travel. My friend and I loved both Feédérica and Gilbert, they are truly wonderful people. You will not regret staying here!

This apartment is a window on the Bourget lake. Two minutes from the beach on foot to enjoy the lake. Thanks to Joëlle for her advice. We'll be back.

Awesome place to stay! Perfect central location for the Grand Colombier and Lac du Bourget. Garage for bike storage, private parking and beautifull terrace with view directly on the Grand Colombier. Would definitely come back again!

We stayed one night as a family with our 3-month-old baby. Everything went well, the accommodation is clean and well located. Note that there is no elevator to access the accommodation if you have a stroller. Our baby suffered from the lack of air conditioning (hot weather that we didn't expect) but fortunately there was a small fan for naps and at night!

A very nice studio with a breathtaking view of the lake

At first glance, the building looks like an American motel. But once the door is open, you enter the best in terms of housing. Extraordinary view with the many windows in the living room, quality interior design, tasteful decoration. Everything is perfect from floor to ceiling. If we have to come back to the area, there is no doubt that we will return to this accommodation. Thank you again for this quality welcome.

Anne welcomed us very well and her accommodation was superb. Very nice, tidy, functional, the terrace is a real plus and we appreciate the view of the lake. There is a place (garage) and otherwise a visitor's place. The lake is within walking distance, which is a real plus. Anne was very kind and welcoming. 2-night stay: I recommend Alain's studio, very bright, beautiful view of the mountain and also of the outdoor parking, large studio with everything you need (bed linen, coffee, internet). The plus: a closed garage in the basement, for a small vehicle such as a 208. Located in the city center, everything is done on foot. The only downside is that the residence is built on a slope, so the ground floor is not the ground floor but the minus 1, so it's complicated to find your way from the basement to the exit. I did not meet Alain (independent arrival) but as soon as I had a question, he responded very quickly by SMS or call.

Great location. Amazing view! Quiet surroundings and neighborhood. Easy walk to the village and waterfront. Fun restaurants to walk to. Great hiking and biking in the area.

Great stay at Maryline's! The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The welcome was warm and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this accommodation and I will not hesitate to come back during my next visit to Aix-les-Bains.

We had a pleasant weekend at Véronique's place. She is very helpful and suggested many activities and addresses for our weekend. The accommodation is very nice, we were able to go from the accommodation to the city center and also to the lake.

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with a pool house is just a few meters from the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex conveys a good sense of security. If we had any questions, the landlord answered immediately and gave us very attractive tips for companies, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!
