My accommodation is a village house located in a large shaded garden, 5 min walk to the city center (Bar, Tobacco, Bakery, Vival) and hiking trails (Saint-Jacques de Compostela, Pilat Regional Park). Summer seasonal rental to enjoy the joys of the surrounding nature. Capacity of 8 beds maximum. The village is at the crossroads of the Rhône, Loire and Ardèche - 14 km from Annonay (16 minutes from Peaugres) and 20 km from Condrieu and the Rhône Valley.

Old forge in the heart of the Pilat Natural Park

On the heights of Roisey, between Pélussin and Maclas, at the end of a cul-de-sac, our cottage found refuge in an old 18th century farmhouse, classified by the Fondation du Patrimoine. This is a remarkable natural site located just under the Crêt de l 'Œillon et les “Trois dents”; it faces the valleys of the Rhone, the Drôme and the chain of the Alps. Through the many paths around, you discover a strong and still preserved nature. Quiet is total.

Everything is done for your independence and well-being. After enjoying your day on the the Via Fluvia or Via Rhôna way, the "safari of Peaugres", in the ballooning and after a hard day of work. Take time and relax with a shower, dining area and patio. You can finally sleep in a king size bed while enjoying the beautiful cool nights of the green Ardèche. Your first morning coffee or tea will be offered.

i welcome you to a home with all amenities. A small kitchenette with microwaves, oven, gas hob. A living room with a sofa bed, sleeping in 140, a bedroom with a 140 bed as well, and a bathroom with shower. I have an extra bed in 80 that is in the room. So cottage with 5 beds but be careful with the space which is still reduced. The maximum to be well remains the number of 3 people.
