Ocean and canal view apartment. Beautiful refurbished accommodation. You will appreciate its bright living space with modern kitchen, equipped and open to the living room. The independent bedroom has access to a balcony with sea view. Separate bathroom and toilet. Linens and towels set up on arrival. This family accommodation has private and secure parking. The balcony on the Courant side is closed for work but the balcony on the ocean side remains accessible.

Lake view, ocean and city center less than 300 m away. Bike paths. Very functional studio: with 1 alcove where there are 2 bunks. In the main room, a click with a very comfortable mattress. Apartment with kitchen equipped with coffee maker, kettle, two electric plates, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. You have access to parking without a reserved space. Access also to the pool, ping pong table and children's games. The gated residence for your safety.
