Welcoming visitors since 1997, the house is just 6km from the Bordeaux–Toulouse motorway. It's a 1 hour drive from Toulouse airport, 100 mins from Bordeaux airport, 2 hours from Bergerac airport and is perfectly placed for visitors to the medieval towns, markets, villages, views, and attractions of the legendary south west of France.

15 minutes from Golfech, furnished with kitchenette equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, range hood, sink and refrigerator. Bedroom/living room composed of a 140 x 200 bed, a dining table and a 43-inch 4K Android TV with all channels (C+, RMC sport, Beinsport... Movies + series). A bathroom with shower, washing machine, vanity unit and toilet. A small terrace/pergola at the entrance to the accommodation with garden furniture. Electric roller shutters, heating/air conditioning.

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. During your stay, you can enjoy the park and its century-old trees, as well as the various shaded terraces. Welcome to Nérac!

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Old stone house

The 95m² house is located in a charming little hamlet in the fields and woods. Totally independent accommodation with 2 private entrances. Very quiet, nights of rest guaranteed. Close to the Gers, of which Gramont was still part of just over 200 years ago (Close to Saint-Clar, Lectoure). Also nearby (about 6 and 15 km) are supervised bathing areas: swimming pool, lakes, very well equipped leisure center.

Studio in Gers

Comfortably furnished for two people and located in our small village of Castet- Arrouy, come and relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation. Dogs are allowed under conditions. This year, we have chosen to ask for a supplement of €3 per animal per day. There is more housekeeping and cleaning to do after your four-legged companions leave. Thank you for understanding.

You will have your completely independent entrance, overlooking the park from the outside of the castle where you can also have breakfast or aperitifs in the sun.
