Nedaleko su nacionalni park Krka , Roski slap i sve sto pripada općini Skradin kao sto je i sam objekat. Kuca je idealna za obitelji ili parove koji žele pobjeći od civilizacije , urbanog i brzog načina života. Pogled na zeleni krajolik djeluje umirujuće . Smatramo da je nas smještaj poseban jer nudi bazen od 12 m2 i 60m2 i kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli .

Highway is 2 km away and the closest airport is 30 km away. You will like my place because of the beautiful nature, the view, the location and the coziness. The environment is very quiet and calm. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families.

This more than 120 years old stone house was renovated with care in 2021/22. Goal was to provide maximum comfort and relaxation trough carefully designed indoor - outdoor space. During the warm part of the year our ancestors found the outdoor space as a living room with most of the everyday life happening in the yard so we took that as our main guideline on how to create a quality stay for our guests.

U donjem dijelu nalazi se otvoreni prostor sa kuhinjom, blagovaonicom dnevni boravak sa velikim kaučom na rasklapanje za dvije osobe i kupaonica sa tuš kabinom. Kuća ima poseban ulaz a odmah pokraj ulaza i svoje parkiralište.
