NEWLEY REMODELED! This is a perfect spot to spend a weekend enjoying Colorado. It is a short drive or bus ride to Denver or Boulder and just a few blocks from Old Town Lafayette with many restaurants, bars and breweries to choose from. There are two bedrooms with queen beds that sleep 1 or 2 people as well as a sleeper couch for 1 or 2 more. An air mattress is available if a fourth bed is required. Covered parking for two cars out front and a deck overlooking the private open space out back.

It was our first experience staying at an Air B & B. The cottage was clean and had extras like coffee and use of a full kitchen. The bed was clean and comfortable. The outside offered a covered porch which was relaxing and spacious. We would definitely love to stay here again. Devon was a gracious host.

Had a great stay at Katy's place! It's in a cute eclectic neighborhood that's super-walkable, quiet and peaceful, but just a couple minutes away from restaurants and other fun activities. Downtown Lafayette is super cute, and of course the view of the Rocky Mountains in that area is breathtaking. Katy is so friendly, and her AirBnB is a whole floor with its own bedroom(s), living room, and a HUGE bathroom! It doesn't have a kitchen, though she stocks it with just about everything you need for snacks, coffee, etc - AND there is a full washer and dryer in the unit too. I would happily stay again!

Natalie’s place was immaculate! Given we were the second guests to stay, we had some suggestions for items for future guests and she gladly said she would implement them! She was very responsive and made sure we knew exactly what the place looked like since it was a new build. If we ever get a chance we will stay again for sure!
